101 — The History of Covenant Law, Part Two
The Exodus 19 Event — The Consecration of Israel
The exact timing of the very first verse of Exodus 19 is debatable. In this lesson, we will forego the various arguments concerning this calendar side of the story and instead concentrate on the many New Testament typologies that exist in preparation for receiving YoHeWaH’s Covenant Law.
Teachable Moment:
Right off the bat, we must reiterate the Biblical Typological Code Language concept at work throughout scripture. While all words have surface meaning, as defined by Jimmy Strongs or even well-known dictionaries of modernity such as Webster or Wikipedia, the real story of any given text is told a layer below the superficial understanding of simple reading. Yeshua stated this principle throughout His ministry, revealing the esoteric nature of YoHeWaH’s word.
“Then the disciples came and said to him, “Why do you speak to them in parables?” And he answered them, “To you it has been given to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. For to the one who has, more will be given, and he will have an abundance, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. This is why I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. Indeed, in their case the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled that says:
“‘“You will indeed hear but never understand,
and you will indeed see but never perceive.”
For this people’s heart has grown dull,
and with their ears they can barely hear,
and their eyes they have closed,
lest they should see with their eyes
and hear with their ears
and understand with their heart
and turn, and I would heal them.’But blessed are your eyes, for they see, and your ears, for they hear. For truly, I say to you, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.” Matthew 13:10–17
Despite what your average, nominal Christian will tell you, the meat of YoHeWaH’s word is not for the new babe in Christ. Nor is it for the faint at heart, spiritually. I always tell people to get the surface reading of the Bible out of their system. Please read it and come to know it. Only once you have accomplished that and it's checked off your bucket list to read all of the Bible are you ready to learn YoHeWaH’s word in the depth of its meaning.
The Typological Code Language I speak of is a significant part of that understanding. The “Ever-learning” Believer has to train his or her mind to impart the code meaning to keywords when they come across those essential expressions in the text, which allows the passage or chapter to jump off the page, screaming the fundamental truths. Within Exodus 19, some of the keywords we will need to address are:
Mountain = Government
Wilderness = America, Zion, Waterless, Stability
Egypt = Christendom (Mystery Religion Origin)
Eagle’s Wings = Journey Out of Babylon
A Second Teachable Moment Needed:
There is yet another scriptural concept one needs to fully dig out truths that are a layer down. Knowing scripture, the ability to recognize words or phrases that occur elsewhere in the Bible causes our minds to be able to tie the context of those passages to the verses or chapters in question. This process is called Scriptural Association Comprehension, and it is necessary for a deeper understanding of the broad view of YoHeWaH’s scope of work through Adam-kind.
Based on this principle, we will dissect Exodus 19, pulling all the meat from the bones…
Those who have taken a broad open look into the world's problems today know that the missing ingredient to all the world’s ills is Covenant Law. The main point of the end-time prophecy is the avenue to which YoHeWaH will choose to make Himself known, in a kind of reintroduction of His existence, first of all to the nation of true Israel and eventually all of the world, and then the reintroduction of His Covenant Law into society. The historical account of Exodus 19 lends us a microcosm of those end-time events if we have eyes to see.
Exodus 19 is the story of YoHeWaH’s instructions for His people to prepare to hear and accept His Covenant Law… It is defined as the two great laws that all of YoHeWaH’s Covenant Law hang:
1 — The proper way to worship YoHeWaH.
2 — The proper way to live righteously and justly with your fellow man.
Live this way, and you will be blessed. Deviate from this plan, and curses will surely follow.
“They set out from Rephidim and came into the wilderness of Sinai, and they encamped in the wilderness. There Israel encamped before the mountain,” Exodus 19:2
When YoHeWaH gathered Israel, one from a city, two from a family, as Jeremiah 3:14 speaks of, He brought Israel, all 13 tribes, to His land, the wilderness. There, Israel encamped before His Government (mountain), which He ordained and established through the founding fathers… Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Franklin, etc.
“while Moses went up to The Almighty. YoHeWaH called to him out of the mountain, saying, “Thus you shall say to the house of Jacob, and tell the people of Israel: ‘You yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles’ wings and brought you to myself. Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession among all peoples, for all the earth is mine; and you shall be to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words that you shall speak to the people of Israel.” Exodus 19:3–6
The above passage has dual implications applicable to the past 400 years of time. Allow me to explain.
YoHeWaH bore the Pilgrims and Puritans on eagle’s wings four hundred years ago, regathering the House of Israel into America, the promised land. Later, He established the infancy of His Government here on earth. In doing so, YoHeWaH defeated Christian Europe, its champion, Great Britain, and the Church of England. Once again, Israel was YoHeWaH’s treasured possession in the form of America. The first leg of establishing His government was well on its way.
Anyone playing critic of YoHeWaH’s first go around here in America, as He prepared Israel to accept His Covenant Law via an altogether brand new government that the world had never witnessed, might fail to see the prophetic implications within any text of scripture. These same critics might believe they have a good case to castigate America's founding history.
However, events occurred right as rain, just as YoHeWaH planned. The three-sided structure of American stewardship and oversight had never been witnessed before in human history. It was an almost perfect establishment of proper authority, only void of one thing.
America’s founding, declaration, and constitution typologically fulfill the above passage. The other has yet to play out, but those of us with our eyes on end-time prophecy can see into this glass darkly… Enough to know that another implementation of the above passage is still yet to come for all to see.
Over the past two hundred fifty years of American History, not only has our nation lost the purity of the republic of American governance, but we have long since lost the foundational knowledge of right versus wrong. America has lost its moral hegemony. We have lost all aspects of YoHeWaH’s Covenant Law.
Before YoHeWaH could send a Deliverer into Egypt, exclaiming, “Let my people go,” He had to first bring that Deliverer out of Egypt into the wilderness and educate Him concerning His Law. Moses spent forty years being trained in the ways of YoHeWaH. Once he was ready, the Almighty sent His Ambassador back to Egypt to deliver His people out of the Mystery Religion of the day.
The 40 years Moses spent in training are equal in typology to the 400 years that The Woman of Revelation 12 has spent in training—a factor of ten in typology. With the institution of the so-called New World in America, spiritual growth, which founded The Woman of Revelation 12:1’s growth, has become manifest in YoHeWaH’s plan.
If you wholeheartedly study this subject, you are the end-time fulfillment of that same Moses. You have come out of Babylon for a specific purpose. DO NOT COUNT YOURSELF SHORT. You are part of a group of Believers hidden for a very special mission of YoHeWaH, Himself. Moses was worthy to speak face to face with The Almighty because He knew the agenda and the purpose of YoHeWaH.
Today, America is once again a prisoner of Egyptian Tyranny through countless pagan doctrines that have permeated our corrupted government and society. Our nation and the world need a Moses to deliver YoHeWaH’s fix to the forefront—Ambassadors of The Most High, true superheroes to the rescue—men and women with the missing ingredient to America’s woes.
“Those of the Negeb shall possess Mount Esau and those of the Shephelah shall possess the land of the Philistines; they shall possess the land of Ephraim and the land of Samaria, and Benjamin shall possess Gilead. The exiles of this host of the people of Israel shall possess the land of the Canaanites as far as Zarephath, and the exiles of Jerusalem who are in Sepharad shall possess the cities of the Negeb. SAVIORS SHALL GO UP TO MOUNT ZION to rule Mount Esau, and the kingdom shall be The Almighty’s.” Obadiah 1:19–21
Each of you has studied YoHeWaH’s word for a long time. You have a love for that word. You know, unequivocally, you have the answers. Those answers are in His word. You are the “SAVIORS” spoken of in Obadiah's above text to clarify and set straight what The Crown of Esau screwed up.
Returning to Exodus 19…
“while Moses went up to The Almighty. YoHeWaH called to him out of the mountain, saying, “Thus you shall say to the house of Jacob, and tell the people of Israel:” Exodus 19:3
In case you haven’t yet picked up on what I am laying down:
Moses = The Woman of Revelation 12:1, in typology
While The Woman of Revelation was going up to seek The Almighty and His ways, YoHeWaH said to The Woman, you speak to the house of Jacob…
If you were at a national park, you might see a map with an arrow that says, “YOU ARE HERE.” Egypt is not yet destroyed, and we await the flight on Eagle’s wings.
“On that day, messengers shall go out from me in ships to terrify the unsuspecting people of Cush, and anguish shall come upon them on the day of Egypt’s doom; for, behold, it comes!
“Thus says the Sovereign YoHeWaH:
“I will put an end to the wealth of Egypt,
by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon.
He and his people with him, the most ruthless of nations,
shall be brought in to destroy the land,
and they shall draw their swords against Egypt
and fill the land with the slain.
And I will dry up the Nile
and will sell the land into the hands of evildoers;
I will bring desolation upon the land and everything in it,
by the hand of foreigners;
I am YoHeWaH; I have spoken.“Thus says the Sovereign YoHeWaH:
“I will destroy the idols
and put an end to the images in Memphis;
there shall no longer be a prince from the land of Egypt;
so I will put fear in the land of Egypt.
I will make Pathros a desolation
and will set fire to Zoan
and will execute judgments on Thebes.
And I will pour out my wrath on Pelusium,
the stronghold of Egypt,
and cut off the multitude of Thebes.
And I will set fire to Egypt;
Pelusium shall be in great agony;
Thebes shall be breached,
and Memphis shall face enemies by day.
The young men of On and Pi-beseth shall fall by the sword,
and the women shall go into captivity.
At Tehaphnehes, the day shall be dark,
when I break there the yoke bars of Egypt,
and her proud might shall come to an end in her;
a cloud shall cover her,
and her daughters shall go into captivity.
Thus, I will execute judgments on Egypt.
Then they will know that I am YoHeWaH.” Ezekiel 30:10–19
And
“And when the dragon saw that he had been thrown down to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child. But the woman was given the two wings of the great eagle so that she might fly from the serpent into the wilderness, to the place where she is to be nourished for a time, and times, and half a time.” Revelation 12:13–14
The two above end-time passages from YoHeWaH’s last days, Prophets Ezekiel and John The Apostle spell out the typological fulfillment of the opening of Exodus 19. In short, Christian America has to fall. All of its Egyptian cities are denominations of Christendom within modernity, and YoHeWaH has an appointed time of further training for His hidden Moses’. On the third day, they will be consecrated before YoHeWaH… But wait, I’m getting ahead of the story’s details. We will come back to the third-day consecration thing. First, let us address a few more statements from the above-quoted passage from Exodus 19.
“Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession among all peoples, for all the earth is mine; and you shall be to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words that you shall speak to the people of Israel.” Exodus 19:5–6
Compare Peter’s words along these same lines, and please notice the time setting at the end, in verse 12…
“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Once you were not a people, but now you are YoHeWaH’s people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
Beloved, I urge you as sojourners and exiles to abstain from the passions of the flesh, which wage war against your soul. Keep your conduct among the Gentiles honorable so that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may see your good deeds and glorify The Almighty ON THE DAY OF VISITATION.” 1Peter 2:9–12
In the above passage, Peter quotes from the end time Prophet Hosea, who tells the story of wayward America (Ephraim) in the last days. It has been rightly said by those in the know: “Studying the book of Hosea is like reading the headlines from America’s newspapers today.” That’s no word of a lie, let me tell you.
Moreover, Peter’s words, which sum up chapters one and two of Hosea, set the stage for our understanding of Hosea 3, where the rubber of this subject meets the road. Again, please note the time setting of this text at the close of this very short chapter.
And YoHeWaH said to me, “Go again, love a woman who is loved by another man and is an adulteress, even as YoHeWaH loves the children of Israel, though they turn to other gods and love cakes of raisins (Modern Pagan Christianity).” So I bought her for fifteen shekels of silver and a homer and a lethech of barley. And I said to her, “You must dwell as mine for many days. You shall not play the whore, or belong to another man; so will I also be to you.” For the children of Israel shall dwell many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or pillar, without ephod or household gods. Afterward, the children of Israel shall return and seek YoHeWaH your Mighty One, and David, their king, and they shall come in fear to YoHeWaH and to his goodness IN THE LATTER DAYS.” Hosea 3:1–5
I hope you can see the obvious tie between these two passages, Peter and Hosea, and how they refer back to Exodus 19:5–6. If so, then your eyes are ready to begin seeing.
Back to Exodus 19…
“So Moses came and called the elders of the people and set before them all these words that YoHeWaH had commanded him. All the people answered together, saying, “All that YoHeWaH has spoken, we will do.” And Moses reported the words of the people to YoHeWaH. And YoHeWaH said to Moses, “Behold, I am coming to you in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with you, and may also believe you forever.” Exodus 19:7–9
Ah, The Elders of the people… Who are these in the typological end time?
Answer: There are two groups of people this might fit.
1 — The Revelation 12:17 people who do not know the importance of Constitutional Law.
2 — The Constitutionalists who do not know the importance of Covenant Law.
A Quick Teachable Moment:
The “Revelation 12:17 people” are commandment keepers who refuse the knowledge concerning three very important topics, shown forth by the signs of The Woman of Revelation 12:1: the sun, moon, and stars. These three topics are:
1 — The knowledge of who and where the regathered house of Israel is.
2 — The knowledge of the importance of the calendar of YoHeWaH and all that entails.
3 — The knowledge of the establishment of YoHeWaH’s government will manifest here on earth.
Thus, there are two groups of commandment-keeping Believers in Revelation chapter 12.
1 — In Revelation 12:1, people are protected and further trained in righteousness in the tribulation, being perfected and even empowered.
2—In Revelation 12:17, people are not protected but persecuted by The Dragon and, therefore, have to be trained by The Woman of Revelation 12:1, which is why these are said to be her offspring.
“Then the dragon became furious with the woman and went off to make war on the rest of her offspring, on those who keep the commandments of The Almighty and hold to the testimony of Yeshua.” Revelation 12:17
With that knowledge in mind, getting back to the above-quoted passage from Exodus 19, we see that a pre-qualifying verbal covenant was agreed upon: “All that YoHeWaH has spoken, we will do.”
Please also notice the order in which the Covenant Law is delivered. It is delivered to Moses, and Moses delivers the Law to the people.
“Behold, I am coming to you in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with you, and may also believe you forever.”
Thus, Moses is a mediator between YoHeWaH and the people, as Paul explains in his epistle to the Galatians.
“What purpose then does the (Levitical Priesthood) law serve? It was added because of transgressions, till the Seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was appointed through angels by the hand of a mediator. Now a mediator does not mediate for one only, but YoHeWaH is one.” Galatians 3:19–20
The end-time prophetic typology is no different. The Woman of Revelation 12:1, a typological fulfillment of Moses, deals face-to-face with YoHeWaH and delivers (teaches) His Covenant Law to Israel.
The stage is set. The people have agreed. Moses, the Mediator, lets YoHeWaH know that the people have agreed, and The Almighty’s response…
“When Moses told the words of the people to YoHeWaH, YoHeWaH said to Moses, “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their garments and be ready for the third day. For on the third day YoHeWaH will come down on Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people.” Exodus 19:9–11
I desire to take you to the words of Our Savior, which align directly with the tenor of this passage from this text.
“Then the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish, and five were wise. For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them, but the wise took flasks of oil with their lamps. As the bridegroom was delayed, they all became drowsy and slept. But at midnight there was a cry, ‘Here is the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.’ Then all those virgins rose and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ But the wise answered, saying, ‘Since there will not be enough for us and for you, go rather to the dealers and buy for yourselves.’ And while they were going to buy, the bridegroom came, and THOSE WHO WERE READY went in with him to the marriage feast, and the door was shut. Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, lord, open to us.’ But he answered, ‘Truly, I say to you, I do not know you.’ Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour.” Matthew 25:1–13
The above words of Yeshua, Our Example, make the point that two camps would qualify to be the fulfillment of Moses in the anti-type of Exodus 19. The wise virgins are Moses and have placed oil (knowledge) in their lamps. They willingly and happily sought to hear YoHeWaH’s words. They deserve to speak directly with YoHeWaH face to face. They have been spoken of quite explicitly in the last days.
“Then I looked, and behold, on Mount Zion stood the Lamb, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads. And I heard a voice from heaven like the roar of many waters and like the sound of loud thunder. I heard the voices like harpists playing on their harps, SINGING A NEW SONG before the throne, the four living creatures, and the elders. No one could learn that song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. It is these who have not defiled themselves with women, FOR THEY ARE VIRGINS. It is these who FOLLOW THE LAMB WHERE EVER HE GOES. These have been redeemed from mankind as first fruits for The Almighty and the Lamb, and in their mouth, no lie was found, for they are blameless.” Revelation 14:1–5
Before moving on to an apt description of the second camp of Matthew 25, I need to explain a couple of statements from this text in Revelation 14. The direct tie to a new song sung by these 144,000 lends us a clue as to the typology I teach from Exodus 19. This song is called The Song of Moses and The Lamb in the next chapter. I don't know if you picked up on that, but if not, now you know. These 144,000 are typological fulfillments of the kind of character it takes to speak with YoHeWaH face to face.
Secondly, the statement, “It is these who FOLLOW THE LAMB WHERE EVER HE GOES.”, lets the reader know that these Believers are not tied to any denomination or church organization. They move from entity to entity as Yeshua moves through these organisms. They are truly called out of every aspect of man’s religion and government.
The non-wise virgins of Matthew 25 are a much more diverse body of Believers. They fall short of Moses’ character in many ways.
1—Like the “Revelation 12:17 people,” they reject the effort to obtain the knowledge needed to understand the Revelation 12:1 sign—the sun, moon, and stars- symbolizing the three topics of Israel, Calendar, and Government.
2—They desire someone other than YoHeWaH to speak directly with them, such as a minister or mediator. We see this from the Exodus 20 account, which we will address in the next section of this course.
3 -These love the esoteric forms of idolatry found within Babylon. These forms will be addressed later in this course, but know that these are tied to materialism and Christianity. Anciently, in the Exodus story, we see this conveyed directly in the Golden Calf Event, and again, we will get to this later in the course.
4—Finally, yet another aspect we will see in these Believers who fall short is their inability to lay down their lives for their fellow man. Extant within these Brothers in Christ is a selfish mindset exposed by YoHeWaH's testing in His own time and way. In short, these Believers seek to save their own lives rather than lay down their lives for their fellow man.
The concept of consecration is to clean oneself up to be ready to receive YoHeWaH’s Covenant Law in the full knowledge of everything YoHeWaH expects within good, righteous governance. The timing of this consecration is very interesting. YoHeWaH states: “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their garments and be ready for the third day.”
Again, as is the case with many passages of scripture, a couple of layers of understanding might apply.
1 — The time period of today and tomorrow, two days of time, might be the two thousand years since The Word (Covenant Law) became flesh and dwelt among us… Thus, the third day would begin right around the corner from now, the third thousandth year.
2 — Within the 1260 days or three and a half years that the woman of Revelation 12:1 is in the place of further training, that period of time is broken up into 2.0 years and 1.5 years. This story is conveyed quite distinctly in Isaiah chapter 21. We will not take the time to go through that detail, but know this finer specification of Revelation 12 is found in several places in the major and minor prophets of the Bible. Isaiah 21 is one such place.
Either way, the close of this typological time setting is approaching very fast, even as we speak.
So, let us discuss the bounds YoHeWaH instructed Israel not to cross. What are these?
“And you shall set limits for the people all around, saying, ‘Take care not to go up into the MOUNTAIN or touch the edge of it. Whoever touches the mountain shall be put to death. No hand shall touch him, but he shall be stoned or shot; whether beast or man, he shall not live.’ They shall come up to the mountain when the trumpet sounds a long blast.” So Moses went down from the Mountain to the people and consecrated the people, and they washed their garments. And he said to the people, “Be ready for the third day; do not go near a woman.” Exodus 19:12–15
Remember the code language I began this section of the course with? How did you apply the meaning of some of the key-code words to understand how the typology was playing out? Well, here you go.
A mountain is a typology of government. YoHeWaH states, “Take care not to go up into the mountain or touch the edge of it. Whoever touches the mountain shall be put to death.”
The above statement shows the goal of conveying His Covenant Law to the people… Set apart governance. No uneducated people, uneducated Elders, or human beasts of the field were to even lightly desire to be a part of YoHeWaH’s government. That distinction of being worthy of taking on the role of holding an office within The Almighty’s administration was those who held Moses-like character, knowledge, and loyalty. Bounds were set as off-limits to all other classes of people. YoHeWaH’s standards are just that high. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are nowhere to be found.
The Last Trump typology is unmistakable to those with eyes to see.
“On the morning of the third day, there was thunder and lightning, a thick cloud on the mountain, and a very loud trumpet blast, so all the people in the camp trembled. Then Moses brought the people out of the camp to meet YoHeWaH, and they took their stand at the foot of the mountain. Now Mount Sinai was wrapped in smoke because YoHeWaH had descended on it in the fire. The smoke of it went up like the smoke of a kiln, and the whole mountain trembled greatly. And as the sound of the trumpet grew louder and louder, Moses spoke, and The Almighty answered him in thunder.” Exodus 19:16–19
Compare these passages accordingly:
“I tell you this, brothers: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. FOR THE TRUMPETS WILL SOUND LONG, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality.” 1Corinthians 15:50–53
And
“But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. We believe that Yeshua died and rose again, and even so, through Yeshua, the Father will bring with him those who have fallen asleep. For this, we declare to you by a word from YoHeWaH that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of YoHeWaH, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For YoHeWaH will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with THE SOUND OF THE TRUMPET of The Almighty. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them IN THE CLOUDS TO MEET THE ALMIGHTY IN THE AIR, and so we will always be with YoHeWaH. Therefore, encourage one another with these words.” 1Thesselonians 4:13–18
And
“Then YoHeWaH’s temple in heaven was opened, and THE ARK OF HIS COVENANT was seen within his temple (Government). There were flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake, and heavy hail.” Revelation 11:19
If ever there was a true rapture passage in scripture, the following words would convey it:
“YoHeWaH came down on Mount Sinai, to the top of the mountain. And The Almighty called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.” Exodus 19:20
YoHeWaH comes down. The Woman of Revelation 12:1 meets The Almighty in the clouds.
After this rapture-like meeting between The Woman and YoHeWaH, explicit instructions are given to YoHeWaH’s mediator for the beginning of the re-establishment of His government to be manifest.
“And YoHeWaH said to Moses, “Go down and warn the people, lest they break through to YoHeWaH to look and many of them perish. Also, let the priests who come near to YoHeWaH consecrate themselves, lest YoHeWaH break out against them.” Exodus 19:21–22
After being empowered with Spirit Being status, the Woman of Revelation 12:1 is tasked with going to those already holding governmental positions to encourage them to vacate their posts if they are unqualified… She is firing current officeholders within the government, effective immediately, and then being commissioned to establish some training system for those racially qualified officeholders to begin the restoration process.
Finally, we see the last entity brought before YoHeWaH… Aaron.
“And Moses said to YoHeWaH, “The people cannot come up to Mount Sinai, for you warned us, saying, ‘Set limits around the mountain and consecrate it.’” And YoHeWaH said to him, “Go down and come up bringing Aaron with you. But do not let the priests and the people break through to come up to YoHeWaH, lest he break out against them.” So Moses went down to the people and told them.” Exodus 19:23–24
Only after the Priest is correctly vetted and commissioned are the nation's Aarons brought forth into the governance controlled by The Woman of Revelation 12:1. Aaron, or better said, the High Priest side of the government, has to be handled wisely… So that the People’s House does not become what it is today… Corrupted at every turn.
