America, The Fulfillment Of The Blessing Given To Ephraim.
Name meanings are so important. Often times, you can glean so much information about any given verse in the Bible simply by applying the meaning of the names of cities, people, nations, etc, to what is being said in the verse. Trying to uncover the truth concerning the blessing given to Ephraim is no exception.
Ephraim simply means “fruitful”. Thus when we are looking at the end time, Israelite nations on earth, listed in Genesis 49, our critical thought should raise the question, is there a nation more fruitful than America? The answer is of course, No….. America is literally the breadbasket of the world, feeding an untold number of nations in so many diverse ways. It boggles the mind to think of America in any other manner than that of fruitful.
An incredible amount of modern technologies, ideas, inventions, and innovation have all hailed from America, as the rest of the world has always followed close behind, in flattering imitation, thereof. It can be argued, America is the leader of fruitfulness in just about every aspect of life on earth.
So, let’s look at the foundational text which leads us to believe, Ephraim is America. Genesis 48:19: Jacob/Israel speaking to His son Joseph concerning Joseph’s sons Manasseh and Ephraim…..
“But his father refused and said, “I know, my son, I know; he (Manasseh) also will become a people and he also will be great. However, his younger brother (Ephraim) shall be greater than he, and his descendants shall become a multitude of nations.”
The statement, “a multitude of nations.” is, as we shall see, a direct reference to the fullness of the number of the “united” nation/states of America. Each State is a nation to itself, having its own constitution, King via a governor, capital city, borders, etc.
The number is, of course, 50, as in the 50 United States in one federal governmental hand. It is important to note, 50 is the number of Jubilee within ancient Israel which is the moment in time when all Israel is restored to its land, freedom, and goods back to its rightful state of ownership…… And once more, that restoration occurs in a year of Jubilee.
I will be doing an article on the importance of the year 1776 and how it ties to the year Yeshua stood up on the Day of Atonement, pronouncing, this day is fulfilled in your hearing Isaiah 61:1–2.
That statement, made by Yeshua in Luke 4:21 on the Day of Atonement in the year 26 AD is evidence that the Jubilee years would fall in Gregorian years ending in 26 and 76, for a Jubilee year occurs every 50 years. Thus 1776 would have been the year the Jubilee was announced or declared. The year America was given its land and freedom. Israel (all 12 tribes) was restored and regathered in one land, as one stick, (see Ezekiel 37).
From here, let's address an often overlooked passage of scripture…...
“Behold, I am bringing them from the north country, a multitude of nations Among them the blind and the lame, The woman with child and she who is in labor with child, together; A great company, they will be restored there. “With weeping, they will come, And by supplication, I will lead them; I will make them walk by streams of waters, On a straight path in which they will not stumble; For I am a father to Israel, And Ephraim is My firstborn.” Jeremiah 31:8–9
A couple of points concerning this text.
1 — Notice the words “A Great Company” in verse 8. Now notice the words from Genesis 48:19, “a multitude of nations”. These are not the same Hebrew words, but their similarities cannot be overlooked. It must be noted, many scholars have translated Genesis 48:19 as “A Great Company of Nations” and those same Scholars have translated Jeremiah 31:8 as “A Great Multitude”. I see the tie between Genesis 48 and Jeremiah 31, unmistakable.
2 — Notice, the statement at the opening of verse 8, “Behold, I am bringing them from the north country, Among them the blind and the lame”. Considering the story of Ancient Israel, where YoHeWaH scattered The Sons of Jacob to the four winds, but specifically into captivity to the north of The Middle East, into the hands of the northern nation of Assyria. Those of us who have followed their footsteps (see Joshua 1:3–4) from that time throughout history, from 700 years before Christ, until this modern era, can very clearly see, the foresight of Our Great King YoHeWaH, who has had so great a vision for His people to bring them to this place…. And it must be noted, the statement, “Among them the blind and the lame”, denotes the loss of the knowledge of their identity, unable to see who they truly are.
Also note here the statement, “a multitude of nations”, a ringing second witness to the point made above. Coming to America at its founding were families from a multitude of nations such as England, Ireland, Scotland, Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, The Netherlands…… All Israelite nations already established beforehand.
3 — Finally, notice the statement, “For I am a father to Israel, And Ephraim is My firstborn.”……So Wait, I thought Yeshua was YoHeWaH’s firstborn. What gives? This is the part people just read over and fail to stop, question and consider what The Almighty is saying here. So let’s spend some time on this statement. I think it is well worth considering.
First of all, we have to acknowledge who is The One making this statement. There are way too many false teachers on the web teaching misconceptions concerning YoHeWaH that simply are not founded. YoHeWaH is not One single being. YoHeWaH is a family name and a family of Beings, of which there is one single head or Patriarch, the very one Yeshua came in the flesh to reveal, The Father of Lights, YoHeWaH The Almighty.
That said, the One who Yeshua came to reveal (the Father) was the One who gave all things to His Son (Yeshua) to be in charge of. Thus the One who came in the flesh was the Elohim (God) of the Old Testament. While it must be noted, YoHeWaH, The Father is spoken of and even speaks in first person in the Old Testament, it is rare. The One who makes the appearance as YoHeWaH in most cases in the Old Testament is the very One who came in the flesh and died on the stake for our sins…. We know Him as Yeshua The Christ. The world falsely calls Him Jesus, for that is simply not His spoken or written name.
Now, I’m not going to spend a lot of time on this. If you have any questions on this matter, please feel free to contact me and I’ll fill you in on the plethora of scripture that points to this fact. The point being, the firstborn of YoHeWaH, The (Grand) Father is Yeshua. However, this same Being, The God of The Old Testament (Yeshua)…. He is the father to Ephraim, GOVERNMENTALLY, pointing to the true meaning of the gospel…..The Good News of The Coming Government of YoHeWaH. Yeshua now carries on the name of YoHeWaH and is both a father and a son. The best text making this clear, speaking of Yeshua being born in the flesh says it this way.
“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called:
Wonderful Counselor,
Mighty God,
EVERLASTING FATHER,
Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore. The zeal of YoHeWaH of hosts will do this.” Isaiah 9:6–7
Far too many so-called preachers and teachers of scripture (most of which are complete power hungry egomaniacs) teach a “religious only” gospel of Christ, hell-bent on telling The Believer all about personal salvation and what you as the Believer can “get” out of the equation, rather than what you are being prepared to “give” in the coming government of YoHeWaH.
In the above text from Isaiah 9 the statement, “There will be no end to the increase of His government”. That government begins in the land of Ephraim, as YoHeWaH’s first born or place where He begins to establish “first” His coming government. Lots more on this in later articles……And again, it must be noted, The YoHeWaH in that statement is The One who left His office as YoHeWaH’s Firstborn to become The Fleshly Yeshua.
Next, lets examine another passage, most Believers just read right over without critically given thought to what is being said or its implication of end time prophecy.
The author of 2Samuel records YoHeWaH statement to David concerning the building of a physical temple, a sort of home for YoHeWaH to dwell, in 2Samuel 7:10…..Let’s take a close look at this verse:
“I will also appoint a place for My people Israel and will plant them, that they may live in their own place and not be disturbed again, nor will the wicked afflict them any more as formerly,” 2Samuel 7:10
The context of this passage is this…..All Israel (all 12 tribes) are dwelling at peace, in the “thought to be” promised land of Middle Eastern Israel, under their King, David. Just consider that for a moment. Why would YoHeWaH state what He did in the verse quoted here from 2Samuel? The answer is obvious….YoHeWaH’s intention was for Israel to dwell in a much greater land, under a much greater King, with much greater wealth, in greater peace and security, in much greater safety (see Ezekiel 38:8–16), far exceeding the highest point of Israel’s ancient existence ever before.
History has shown, that coming nation, prophesied by YoHeWaH to King David is America, which fits the bill hand in glove.
Also, it must be noted, concerning the temple David desired to build for YoHeWaH to dwell in,….YoHeWaH never thought along those lines at all. He even said, it never came into my mind to think of dwelling in a house. Read the context of chapter 7 of 2Samuel and you’ll see this point made. In fact, everything about David’s request to have a temple built and YoHeWaH allowing to happen, points to a future government of YoHeWaH, as a typology, to be built in the true promised land described in Deuteronomy chapter 8, which certainly is not the tiny little blood soaked real-estate which equates to a big pile of rocks in the middle eastern state, misnamed today, Israel.
The place spoken of by YoHeWaH in 2Samuel 7:10 is the place where His government and a land prophesied in the blessing given to Joseph’s son, Ephraim…… America
So, now let’s just think for a moment……Has, in the 4000-year history of the earth, since the days of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, has there been a company or multitude of nations, like what was described in the blessing given from Jacob to Ephraim?
And by the way, crickets are clean to consume. LOL….Point made. There has never been a nation or nation states, which fits such a description, apart from that of The united States of America (small “u” intended).
I encourage you to read the entire book of Hosea. A book written about the end time nation of Ephraim. Better yet, download a good audible app on your smartphone and listen to Hosea. It literally is just like reading and/or hearing the headlines of America today.
Now, again, there is so much information from scripture and history on this subject and I promise via a little at a time, I will cover it all, not wanting to overload in one article, I will leave you with this thought just to wet your appetite for the next article I’m going to be doing.
Isaiah 14:1–2 and the story of American Slavery is the greatest proof of who America is in scripture.
