Chapter 15 of “The Book of The Covenant”, A Witness Against America

“Whoever strikes a man so that he dies shall be put to death. But if he did not lie in wait for him, but The Almighty let him fall into his hand, then I will appoint for you a place to which he may flee. But if a man willfully attacks another to kill him by cunning, you shall take him from my altar, that he may die.

“Whoever strikes his father or his mother shall be put to death.

“Whoever steals a man and sells him, and anyone found in possession of him, shall be put to death.

“Whoever curses his father or his mother shall be put to death.

“When men quarrel and one strikes the other with a stone or with his fist and the man does not die but takes to his bed, then if the man rises again and walks outdoors with his staff, he who struck him shall be clear; only he shall pay for the loss of his time, and shall have him thoroughly healed.

“When a man strikes his slave, male or female, with a rod and the slave dies under his hand, he shall be avenged. But if the slave survives a day or two, he is not to be avenged, for the slave is his money.

“When men strive together and hit a pregnant woman, so that her children come out, but there is no harm, the one who hit her shall surely be fined, as the woman’s husband shall impose on him, and he shall pay as the judges determine. But if there is harm, then you shall pay life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.

“When a man strikes the eye of his slave, male or female, and destroys it, he shall let the slave go free because of his eye. If he knocks out the tooth of his slave, male or female, he shall let the slave go free because of his tooth.

“When an ox gores a man or a woman to death, the ox shall be stoned, and its flesh shall not be eaten, but the owner of the ox shall not be liable. But if the ox has been accustomed to gore in the past, and its owner has been warned but has not kept it in, and it kills a man or a woman, the ox shall be stoned, and its owner also shall be put to death. If a ransom is imposed on him, then he shall give for the redemption of his life whatever is imposed on him. If it gores a man’s son or daughter, he shall be dealt with according to this same rule. If the ox gores a slave, male or female, the owner shall give to their master thirty shekels of silver, and the ox shall be stoned.” Exodus 21:12–32

“You shall not permit a sorceress to live.

“Whoever lies with an animal shall be put to death.

“Whoever sacrifices to any god, other than YoHeWaH alone, shall be devoted to destruction. Exodus 22:18–20

As we have stated over and over again in this work, YoHeWaH is very clearly in control of life and does not limit life to what we know as one lifetime. In other words, the life of a soul is in a much larger game than what Christianity has taught. The above is nothing short of case law. In fact, all of the judgements, the section of Covenant Law covered by Exodus 20:22 through the end of chapter 23, is the very earliest examples of case law that we have in our jurisprudence today. Our Founding Fathers and their predecessors took the framing of America’s law system from the principles of Covenant Law in scripture. Corporal punishment was a well known part of the initiate of justice in our nation’s founding.

The tears of the Modernist Liberal, who knows nothing of true justice, nor Covenant Law, stream forth via cries for the sanctity of each life given, fighting against YoHeWaH’s foundation of righteousness. The following, directly from Moses’ second entry into The Book of The Covenant, would be a prime example for such tears to flow… Again, protect the women and children, as YoHeWaH is about to offend to no end. Reader beware.

“If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and, though they discipline him, will not listen to them, then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his city at the gate of the place where he lives, and they shall say to the elders of his city, ‘This our son is stubborn and rebellious; he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton and a drunkard.’ Then all the men of the city shall stone him to death with stones. So you shall purge the evil from your midst, and all Israel shall hear, and fear.” Deuteronomy 21:18–21

The words, “So you shall purge the evil from your midst, and all Israel shall hear, and fear.” are most needed in society today. There are very few people who hate evil, as YoHeWaH desires for evil to be hated. Justice takes a back seat to tolerance and anything left of righteousness.

“Zion hears and is glad, and the daughters of Judah rejoice, because of your judgments, O YoHeWaH. For you, O YoHeWaH, are most high over all the earth; you are exalted far above all gods. O you who love YoHeWaH, hate evil! He preserves the lives of his saints; he delivers them from the hand of the wicked. Light is sown for the righteous, and joy for the upright in heart. Rejoice in YoHeWaH, O you righteous, and give thanks to his holy name! Psalms 97:8–12

Again, the understanding that life is regenerated takes the edge off of the killing of a guilty party. It seems cruel to bring a 12 year old boy’s life to an end just because he doesn’t know how to behave or is belligerent to instruction . However, once you factor in the truth that this boy will live again, maybe not in the best of circumstances, but he will live again and in fact multiple times, being humbled in ways not available to him in this lifetime, then the above passages make sense. It becomes a matter of faith in the Creator and Giver of Life itself. Too many times we, the created, think we know more than the Creator and therefore rise up in all self righteousness removing the authority of the Law-giver, as Creator of all lifeforms.

The question arises, what sins qualify as corporal sins? And why? This list goes like this:

  1. Death by planning, which is based upon hatred.
  2. Physical disrespect of a parent by a minor as an intent to harm which is based upon hatred.
  3. Verbal disrespect of a parent by a minor as an intent to harm which is based upon hatred.
  4. Kidnapping and/or the intent to sell or to buy a kidnapped person, either one, which is based upon money
  5. Severe punishment of a slave which leads to immediate death, which has to involve hatred.
  6. The inadvertent death of an unborn child, which is a disregard for unborn life, which brings to light YoHeWaH’s thoughts on abortion, which is not inadvertent, but rather an intended murder. Hatred for life.
  7. The owner of an unruly animal that kills any person, after being warned, which goes back to money and disregard for life.
  8. Drug attics, drug pushers, drug providers, drug producers and people who produce all forms of witchcraft, i.e. sorcery, which is manifested from a hatred of YoHeWaH and for the love of money.
  9. Sexual intercourse with a humanoid beast of the field, which is the unpardonable sin, disqualifying a person from his or her YoHeWaH given opportunity at salvation.
  10. Anyone who devotes their life to another god besides YoHeWaH.

There is a running theme within the above simplified list of what constitutes a need to corporal punishment. Money and/or a hatred for life and the giver of life is at the heart and core of all who deserve to die. The word incorrigible comes to mind.

in·cor·ri·gi·ble | \ (ˌ)in-ˈkȯr-ə-jə-bəl , -ˈkär- \

Definition of incorrigible

: incapable of being corrected or amended: such as

a(1): not reformable : DEPRAVED

(2): DELINQUENT

b: not manageable : UNRULY

c: UNALTERABLE, INVETERATE

We would add another section to the definition….. A terrible example to everyone around them who would see and learn from their ways.

Notice this text concerning a false prophet:

“If a prophet or a dreamer of dreams arises among you and gives you a sign or a wonder, and the sign or wonder that he tells you comes to pass, and if he says, ‘Let us go after other gods,’ which you have not known, ‘and let us serve them,’ you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams. For YoHeWaH your Mighty One is testing you, to know whether you love YoHeWaH your Mighty One with all your heart and with all your soul. You shall walk after YoHeWaH your Mighty One and fear him and keep his commandments and obey his voice, and you shall serve him and hold fast to him. But that prophet or that dreamer of dreams shall be put to death, because he has taught rebellion against YoHeWaH your Mighty One, who brought you out of the land of Egypt and redeemed you out of the house of slavery, to make you leave the way in which YoHeWaH your Mighty One commanded you to walk. So you shall purge the evil from your midst. Deuteronomy 13:1–5

The theme of this work is how The Book of The Covenant is a witness against “Judeo-Christian” America. The term Judeo-Christian is really a misapplied compound word basically meaning the religions of Abraham, as though Abraham would endorse Islam, Judaism or Christianity. Fact is, he would role over in his grave if he knew what these religions taught all in his name, but would instead rise up and go to war against all three…. But we digress slightly.

The point being, if a prophet or dreamer of dreams is to die if they teach YoHeWaH’s people to not keep his commandments and obey his voice, then that one, is to be put to death. Does that not mean, all of Christendom is to die, for that is the very mantra of Christianity, to abolish Covenant Law in leu of the so called cross. We are just saying.

In chapter 25 of this work, we address the subject that Christianity has a working typology in scripture which is Egypt. What’s more is, YHWH very clearly details what He will do to Egypt in the last days and its nothing short of Corporal Punishment. The following chapters in the Major and Minor Prophets of the Bible recount Egypt’s destruction. You need to know, this is simply not talking about the non-player Egypt in the middle east or North Africa. It is speaking 100% of Christendom.

Isaiah 19–20

Isaiah 30

Jeremiah 42–46

Ezekiel 29–32

Here is what you need to know about all 12 of these chapters listed above. They are a 100% end time setting. History shows, these events did not occur as they are spelled out. Thus, either YoHeWaH’s word lies or there is a certain end time typology being fulfilled via the death Egypt will suffer at the hands of YoHeWaH’s servant, Nebuchadnezzar The King of Babylon. Let us take a look at Jeremiah 43 for some insight to this fact. It must be noted, according to every Biblical scholar that places dates on Biblical text, this chapter of Jeremiah was written around 587 BC. This becomes a very important fact to keep in mind because Babylon did indeed defeat the Egyptian army in two different battles but those battles took place in the year 605 BC, which is 18 years before Jeremiah wrote chapter 43. Babylon never again came to Egypt to wage war. Remember this as you read what YoHeWaH says He will do to those of Judah who flee to Egypt.

“When Jeremiah finished speaking to all the people all these words of YoHeWaH, with which YoHeWaH had sent him to them, Azariah the son of Hoshaiah and Johanan the son of Kareah and all the insolent men said to Jeremiah, “You are telling a lie. YoHeWaH our Mighty One did not send you to say, ‘Do not go to Egypt to live there,’ but Baruch the son of Neriah has set you against us, to deliver us into the hand of the Chaldeans, that they may kill us or take us into exile in Babylon.” So Johanan the son of Kareah and all the commanders of the forces and all the people did not obey the voice of YoHeWaH, to remain in the land of Judah. But Johanan the son of Kareah and all the commanders of the forces took all the remnant of Judah who had returned to live in the land of Judah from all the nations to which they had been driven — the men, the women, the children, the princesses, and every person whom Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard had left with Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, son of Shaphan; also Jeremiah the prophet and Baruch the son of Neriah. And they came into the land of Egypt, for they did not obey the voice of YoHeWaH. And they arrived at Tahpanhes.

Then the word of YoHeWaH came to Jeremiah in Tahpanhes: “Take in your hands large stones and hide them in the mortar in the pavement that is at the entrance to Pharaoh’s palace in Tahpanhes, in the sight of the men of Judah, and say to them, ‘Thus says YoHeWaH of hosts, the Mighty One of Israel: Behold, I will send and take Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and I will set his throne above these stones that I have hidden, and he will spread his royal canopy over them. He shall come and STRIKE THE LAND OF EGYPT, giving over to the pestilence those who are doomed to the pestilence, to captivity those who are doomed to captivity, and to the sword those who are doomed to the sword. I shall kindle a fire in the temples of the gods of Egypt, and he shall burn them and carry them away captive. And he shall clean the land of Egypt as a shepherd cleans his cloak of vermin, and he shall go away from there in peace. He shall break the obelisks of Heliopolis, which is in the land of Egypt, and the temples of the gods of Egypt he shall burn with fire.’” Jeremiah 43:1–13

History shows, Nebuchadnezzar The King of Babylon died in 562 BC. We challenge anyone to show us in history when this event took place after Jeremiah wrote these words in chapter 43, in 587 BC.

The point being, there is a typology at work in all these proclamations against Egypt. Judah, in this case is the southern house of America, what modern history would know as The Confederacy, the Bible Belt of Christianity, where the god of the “Day of the Sun” reigns supreme, on Sunday. That god anciently was called Baal. His consort was known as The Queen of Heaven, her name was Ishtar. Today she is widely known in Christendom by the name Easter.

Read below, with trembling, what YoHeWaH says will take place to the people of Judah that dwells in Egypt, events that never took place in history, as the stated corporal punishment of YoHeWaH upon Christian America is clearly spelled out.

“The word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the Judeans who lived in the land of Egypt, at Migdol, at Tahpanhes, at Memphis, and in the land of Pathros, (denominations of Christianity) “Thus says YoHeWaH of hosts, the Mighty One of Israel: You have seen all the disaster that I brought upon Jerusalem and upon all the cities of Judah. Behold, this day they are a desolation, and no one dwells in them, (please note this is describing the events of 605 through 587, very clearly not future but already in the past at the time of this writing) because of the evil that they committed, provoking me to anger, in that they went to make offerings and serve other gods that they knew not, neither they, nor you, nor your fathers. Yet I persistently sent to you all my servants the prophets, saying, ‘Oh, do not do this abomination that I hate!’ But they did not listen or incline their ear, to turn from their evil and make no offerings to other gods. Therefore my wrath and my anger were poured out and kindled in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem, and they became a waste and a desolation, as at this day. And now thus says YoHeWaH of hosts, the Mighty One of Israel: Why do you commit this great evil against yourselves, to cut off from you man and woman, infant and child, from the midst of Judah, leaving you no remnant? Why do you provoke me to anger with the works of your hands, making offerings to other gods in the land of Egypt where you have come to live, so that you may be cut off and become a curse and a taunt among all the nations of the earth? Have you forgotten the evil of your fathers, the evil of the kings of Judah, the evil of their wives, your own evil, and the evil of your wives, which they committed in the land of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem? They have not humbled themselves even to this day, nor have they feared, nor walked in my law and my statutes that I set before you and before your fathers.

“Therefore thus says YoHeWaH of hosts, the Mighty One of Israel: Behold, I will set my face against you for harm, to cut off all Judah. I will take the remnant of Judah who have set their faces to come to the land of Egypt to live, and they shall all be consumed. In the land of Egypt they shall fall; by the sword and by famine they shall be consumed. From the least to the greatest, they shall die by the sword and by famine, and they shall become an oath, a horror, a curse, and a taunt. I will punish those who dwell in the land of Egypt, as I have punished Jerusalem, with the sword, with famine, and with pestilence, so that none of the remnant of Judah who have come to live in the land of Egypt shall escape or survive or return to the land of Judah, to which they desire to return to dwell there. For they shall not return, except some fugitives.”

Then all the men who knew that their wives had made offerings to other gods, and all the women who stood by, a great assembly, all the people who lived in Pathros in the land of Egypt (Christians), answered Jeremiah: “As for the word that you have spoken to us in the name of YoHeWaH, WE WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU. But we will do everything that we have vowed, make offerings to the queen of heaven (Easter) and pour out drink offerings to her, as we did, both we and our fathers, our kings and our officials, in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem. For then we had plenty of food, and prospered, and saw no disaster. But since we left off making offerings to THE QUEEN OF HEAVEN and pouring out drink offerings to her, we have lacked everything and have been consumed by the sword and by famine.” And the women said, “When we made offerings to THE QUEEN OF HEAVEN and poured out drink offerings to her, was it without our husbands’ approval that we made cakes (Hot Cross Buns) for her bearing her image and poured out drink offerings to her?”

Then Jeremiah said to all the people, men and women, all the people who had given him this answer: “As for the offerings that you offered in the cities of Judah and in the streets of JerUSAlem, you and your fathers, your kings and your officials, and the people of the land, did not YoHeWaH remember them? Did it not come into his mind? YoHeWaH could no longer bear your evil deeds and the abominations that you committed. Therefore your land has become a desolation and a waste and a curse, without inhabitant, as it is this day. It is because you made offerings and because you sinned against YoHeWaH and did not obey the voice of YoHeWaH or walk in his law and in his statutes and in his testimonies that this disaster has happened to you, as at this day.” Jeremiah 44:1–23

The ancient people of Judah did indeed go down into the land of Egypt and commit all the abominations listed here to The Queen of Heaven in the sight of YoHeWaH. The punishment was pronounced but was simply never carried out because it was a typology to be carried out at the end time. The rest of the chapter makes this plain enough.

Also note this rarely understood fact. Christianity does not recognize the name of YoHeWaH, whatsoever, written or spoken. Why? I refer you to the principle behind the third commandment, which is in chapter 3 of this work, however just know, the actual speaking of His great name began to disappear from the events listed in this next section of Jeremiah’s account of the stubbornness of Judah dwelling in Egypt.

“Jeremiah said to all the people and all the women, “Hear the word of YoHeWaH, all you of Judah who are in the land of Egypt. Thus says YoHeWaH of hosts, the Mighty One of Israel: You and your wives have declared with your mouths, and have fulfilled it with your hands, saying, ‘We will surely perform our vows that we have made, to make offerings to THE QUEEN OF HEAVEN (Easter) and to pour out drink offerings to her.’ Then confirm your vows and perform your vows! Therefore hear the word of YoHeWaH, all you of Judah who dwell in the land of Egypt: Behold, I have sworn by my great name, says YoHeWaH, THAT MY NAME SHALL NO MORE BE SPOKEN BY THE MOUTH OF ANY MAN DWELLING IN THE LAND OF EGYPT, saying, ‘As YHWH lives.’ Behold, I am watching over them FOR DISASTER, NOT FOR GOOD. All the men of Judah who are in the land of Egypt shall be consumed by the sword and by famine, until there is an end of them. And those who escape the sword shall return from the land of Egypt to the land of Judah, few in number; and all the remnant of Judah, who came to the land of Egypt to live, shall know whose word will stand, mine or theirs. This shall be the sign to you, declares YoHeWaH, that I will punish you in this place, in order that you may know that my words will surely stand against you for harm: Thus says YoHeWaH, Behold, I will give Pharaoh Hophra king of Egypt into the hand of his enemies and into the hand of those who seek his life, as I gave Zedekiah king of Judah into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, who was his enemy and sought his life.” Jeremiah 44:24–30

We encourage everyone to read through the above list chapters, 12 in total, with typological eyes to see and ears to hear, with the understanding that you are reading the largest sentence of corporal punishment in all of scripture… The death of incorrigible Christianity…. Guilty of abolishing Covenant Law, turning to other gods for the express purpose of power and money, killing those who would otherwise seek YoHeWaH.

Thus we can conclude, the list of sins spelled out from Covenant Law which leads to corporal punishment undealt with, leads to the manifestation of a deceptive religion that appears lamb like but the ways thereof, YoHeWaH hates and desires to abolish….. “So you shall purge the evil from your midst, and all Israel shall hear, and fear.”
