How Covenant Law Will Save America
Not withstanding the mindset of The Left, which is totally void of anything righteous enough to hail from scripture, it simply doesn’t take a biblical scholar to ascertain the end result of America if we continue on the path we are pursuing. America has become, not a melting pot, but a burning pot, as in scalding hot scum. The Prophet Ezekiel puts it like this……
‘Therefore, thus says YHWH, “Woe to the bloody city, to THE POT in which there is scum in it And whose rust has not gone out of it! Take out of it piece after piece, Without making a choice. “For her blood is in her midst; She placed it on the bare rock; She did not pour it on the ground To cover it with dust. “That it may cause wrath to come up to take vengeance, I have put her blood on the bare rock, That it may not be covered.” Ezekiel 24:6–8
Just a reminder, the end time city of Jerusalem in scripture is speaking of America, NOT the middle eastern city of Jerusalem in the tiny state of what is now misnamed Israel. This is a little known but very important fact in ascertaining the true end time significance of prophecy, but scripture is quite clear on this matter, once you remove all preconceived notions from your mind which is falsely taught by the churches today, looking objectively at the evidence. Anyone may contact me for the scriptural proof, on this matter from Deuteronomy 8:9, Zechariah 2:4, Ezekiel 38:8–16, 2 Samuel 7:10 just for starters.
That said, the question arises, what is the fix for the shape we are in today as a so called Christian nation? Is it a revival of watered down Christianity? Is it a change in leadership, say in President? What about the demise of the straight, white male, who is now openly attacked from every left leaning liberal on the planet? What is the answer to the problems we face today?
Maybe, it is the fulfillment of the Christian idea of a rapture and then total destruction on our nation. A complete damnable judgment upon a sinful nation, but only after select well meaning, but totally unprofitable Christians have been taken to wherever Christians desire to go, heaven I guess?
Is that the idea Christ came to teach. If you can’t fix it just leave and let it burn? For the life of me, I just don’t see that anywhere in scripture.
Oh, and don’t get me wrong…..There is a punishment coming from The Almighty upon this nation and by extension, the entire world. For the entire world is only blessed because the true nation of Jacob/Israel is blessed via the blessing given to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and eventually to Joseph’s son Ephraim, who was prophesied to become America, in the last days. Consider, YHWH words in several places concerning this spanking He is about to bring upon this nation.
“Yet even in those days,” declares YHWH, “I will NOT make you a complete destruction.” Jeremiah 5:18
“For I am with you,’ says YHWH, ‘to save you; Though I make a full end of all nations where I have scattered you, Yet I will not make a complete end of you. But I will correct you in justice, And will not let you go altogether unpunished.” Jeremiah 30:11
So, it is clear there is coming a severe chastisement upon the end time nation of America, but after that, then what?
Well, the short answer to that question is, A YHWH ordained Government based upon Biblical “Covenant Law”.
I dare say, if you were to question 100 Christians, asking them, “What is Covenant Law from scripture?” Not one single Believer in Christ would give an answer that could even be construed as anything resembling true Covenant Law and/or where it is found in scripture. The reason being because Covenant Law is simply not taught in churches, at all.
You see, most if not all Christians believe God’s law has been totally abolished, and a brand new criteria has been set for Believers in Christ, which for the most part has no resemblance what so ever to The Old Law given in the Old Testament. This teaching hails from the ignorance which originates from Judaism that says, “All laws in the old testament are under one codification of law called Torah.”, which is a 100% lie.
Fact is, there are two sets of codified laws in the old testament Torah, not one. This is by far the most profound piece of information any wayward government could ever have, if it wanted to set straight its capricious direction toward a more fruit filled, blessed path.
Leviticus chapter 26 and Deuteronomy chapter 28 are testimonies to this “little considered” fact. These sister chapters called “The Blessing and Cursing Chapters of The Bible” denote the outcomes of nations and individuals who guard YHWH’s Covenant Law in their path of life. These chapters are broken up into two artery choices….
- Live according to, teach, and come to love YHWH’s Law of liberty, which is Covenant Law and reap the blessing there of, such as:
“Then I shall give you rains in their season, so that the land will yield its produce and the trees of the field will bear their fruit. ‘Indeed, your threshing will last for you until grape gathering, and grape gathering will last until sowing time. You will thus eat your food to the full and live securely in your land. I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none will make you afraid; I will rid the land of evil beasts, and the sword will not go through your land. ‘But you will chase your enemies and they will fall before you by the sword; five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand, and your enemies will fall before you by the sword.” Leviticus 26:4–8
OR
2. Live according to the rejection of Covenant Law, despising it and its originator to no end and reap the cursing from That Creator Being, such as:
'But if you do not obey Me and do not carry out all these commandments, if, instead, you reject My statutes, and if your soul abhors My ordinances so as not to carry out all My commandments, and so break My covenant, I, in turn, will do this to you: I will appoint over you a sudden terror, consumption and fever that will waste away the eyes and cause the soul to pine away; also, you will sow your seed uselessly, for your enemies will eat it up. ‘I will set My face against you so that you will be struck down before your enemies; and those who hate you will rule over you, and you will flee when no one is pursuing you.” Leviticus 26:14–17
Thus individually as Believers and collectively as a nation, we all should deeply consider the implications of looking to, teaching, living and making Covenant Law the standard and measuring stick of of our lives and our government today, if we care at all about the future of our nation and its future for our children.
As I stated earlier, there are two sets of codified laws in the old testament. This is so important to see and be able to differentiate between, thus following the new testament command to rightly divide the word of YHWH (2 Timothy 2:15)…..divide meaning to separate between these two sets of laws, correctly.
The two sets of laws are:
- Covenant Law
AND
2. Levitical Priesthood Law
Covenant Law is found in the following 36 chapters of your Bible. Exodus 20 through 23, Leviticus 25 through 26, Deuteronomy 4 through 31 and Joshua 23 through 24.
These laws are based upon the two great laws, Yeshua came to teach man to observe, Love toward The Almighty and Love toward Neighbor…….Or better stated: How to properly worship YHWH and How to live righteously and justly with your fellow man. Christians would very quickly recognize this as the testimony of Christ and rightfully so, for it was The very Being that became Yeshua The Christ that gave Covenant Law to begin with in the old testament, another little known fact directly from scripture.
Covenant Law is eternal. It existed from the time of Adam and will be in extant and fully applicable as long as there are human beings alive on earth. It shall never be abolished, just as Christ Himself said:
“For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished.” Matthew 5:18
I challenge every Believer in Christ to read the before mentioned 36 chapters of your Bible and then tell me anything within those chapters that goes against anything Christ, Paul or any of The Apostles wrote in the New Testament…….I think you will find it is truly the law of liberty and the pathway to happiness, just as Our Founding Fathers recognized as they framed this nation and its laws in the light of true Covenant law.
So what is Levitical Priesthood Law and where is it found in The Bible and why was it even given in the first place?
These are all really good questions to consider……So lets address them one at a time.
A little, quick Biblical history and order of events before I can answer these very important questions.
The nation of Israel while in slavery to Egypt had lost the idea of Covenant Law over the 400 years they were in Egypt. Thus YHWH, through the strong leadership of Moses, brought Israel out of Egypt to Mount Sinai for the express purpose of giving the people of Jacob/Israel His Covenant Law once again, this time codified (written down) in the form of tablets of stone and in an actual book called “The Book of The Covenant”, see Exodus 24:7.
The contents of this book and the sum total of what was written on the first set of two tablets of stone was the entire covenant in its simplistic format (Exodus 20 through 23). In Exodus 24, Moses wrote these words, spoken directly by YHWH (which was actually The Member of YHWH’s Family who was to become Yeshua The Christ). Moses then read it to all Israel. The people of Israel agreed to the covenant (a deal or contract, in its simplest form), thus the covenant was ratified and Moses was off to the Mountain of YHWH (Sinai) to receive the covenant written in stone.
Teachable moment: I dare say, most, if not all Believers in Christ today, simply do not know, the first set of tablets Moses brought down from the Mountain had the entire covenant written on them, not just the ten commandments. Exodus 32:15–16 is quite clear, these tablets were written front and back and on both sides and this passage is just as undimmed, these tablets are called “The Tablets of The Testimony”….Testimony being another word for Covenant.
“Then Moses turned and went down from the mountain with the two tablets of the testimony in his hand, tablets which were written on both sides; they were written on one side and the other. The tablets were YHWH’s work, and the writing was YHWH’s writing engraved on the tablets.” Exodus 32:15–16
However, while Moses was on the mountain 40 days and nights, receiving these “Tablets of The Testimony”, Israel had already broken this newly re-established covenant, idolatrizing themselves in the eyes of their Creator, in the valley below.
Witnessing this happen before the original covenant was even yet carved, YHWH had two choices. He could kill all of Israel and start over with Moses or He could simply punish them until the time The Seed should come to which He could then impart His Spirit in their mind for true Spiritual growth, a gift Israel and all mankind simply was not ready for at that time. Thankfully, YHWH chose the latter. That chastisement came in the form of the Levitical Priesthood Laws, established literally as a form of punishment until Christ should come just as Paul wrote the Galatians in chapter 3:19, asking the following question concerning the purpose of law. Note the text:
“What purpose then does the law serve? It was added because of transgressions, till the Seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was appointed through angels by the hand of a mediator.” Galatians 3:19
The transgressions spoken of here by Paul is specifically The Golden Calf event, where Israel idolatrize themselves under the nose of The Almighty right after agreeing to keep and guard Covenant Law. Thus YHWH literally changed His Law, temporarily, for the purpose of tutoring Israel, as a nation for the next 1400 years until the time Christ would come, as the next step in the salvation process could be taken. Notice Paul’s words later in this 3rd chapter of Galatians as he explains this:
“Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.” Galatians 3:24–25
The writer of Hebrews explains this end of The Levitical Priesthood set of laws for Believers in Christ this way:
“Now if perfection was through the Levitical priesthood (for on the basis of it the people received the Law), what further need was there for another priest to arise according to the order of Melchizedek, and not be designated according to the order of Aaron? For when the priesthood is changed, of necessity there takes place a CHANGE OF THE LAW also.”
This change of the law was the revoking of the once added Levitical Priesthood Law uncovering The Original and Eternal Covenant Law as the only law required for Believers in Christ under the Original order of the Melchizedek Priesthood. Believers are now required to live by faith via The Law of Liberty, as the measuring stick to their spiritual growth toward true, set apart, righteous character.
So, now, lets answer those very important questions…..
What is Levitical Priesthood Law?
Levitical Priesthood Laws are ceremonial, sacrificial laws, added to the nation of Israel for the express purpose of causing Israel to one day in the future recognizing the coming sacrifice of Yeshua Their Messiah and the vast need thereof. In other words, YHWH commanded the daily and annual sacrifices of animals, pointing to the death of Christ for the sins of Israel. It was an unnecessary and bloody lesson to learn, the death of literally millions of bulls, rams, and goats all because Israel desired to worship bulls, rams and goats.
Next, where is Levitical Priesthood Law found in the pages of your Bible?
Exodus 25 through 31:11, repeated in Exodus 35:4 through 40.
And finally, why was The Levitical Priesthood Law even established in the first place?
It was established out of an abundance of Love from The Almighty YHWH directed to The Nation of Israel and by extension to all mankind, showing His vast amount of long suffering patients in His coming success in the salvation of mankind. In other words, it shows the principle, spare the rod, spoil the child. The Levitical Priesthood Laws were that rod and the nation of Israel is that child.
If there is a greater need above that of our leaders in this sin fallen nation, America, to come to know Covenant Law and begin to make changes accordingly, in our national policies and government, I really do not know what that might be.
Understanding, teaching, and finally living Covenant Law is literally the only answer to straightening out the crooked path we are now on, as a nation. If we can not set our lives aright, individually and collectively, I assure you, scripture is quite clear, YHWH will do it for us and that judgment will be very painful.
May The Almighty help us see this before His wrath comes via a very great punishment and curse upon our land and people.
