The Fleecing of America
Chapter 8 of “The Book of The Covenant”, A Witness Against America
“You shall not steal.” Exodus 20:15
At the heart and core of the 8th commandment of Covenant Law is the word respect. We have seen this in several other of the commandments YoHeWaH has given us to live by, however the deference one is supposed to have for another’s property and possessions needs no command to be stated. Such regard is a staple in all societies and past empires.
Even the most ruthless of nations in history all have laws against the stealing of property. The reason is, the disrespect of a person’s possessions is an offense against laws written on human DNA. No one must be told it is a crime for a person to steal from another person. In modern lingo, we would say, “It’s a no brainer, you do not steal”.
That said, as with all the other precepts of Covenant Law, there are several layers of information, from scripture, for us to consider that are not “no brainers”. They must be critically thought out, analyzed and inspected. Remember, the deceptions of The Enemy run deep.
“For I, YoHeWaH, do not change; therefore you, O children of Jacob (Israel), are not consumed. From the days of your fathers, you have turned aside from my statutes (Covenant Law) and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you, says YoHeWaH of hosts. But you say, ‘How shall we return?’ Will man rob God? Yet you are robbing me. But you say, ‘How have we robbed you?’ In your tithes and contributions (offerings). You are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing me, the whole nation of you. Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says YoHeWaH of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need. I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of your soil, and your vine in the field shall not fail to bear, says YoHeWaH of hosts. Then all nations will call you blessed, for you will be a land of delight, says YoHeWaH of hosts.” Malachi 3:6–12.
If you read the Bible with religious eyes, you will see the meaning of the above text, falsely. Remember, the nation of Israel was and is to be an example of how man is to be governed properly under YoHeWaH. It is to be a church and state system of righteousness under One High Priest and One High King, a two-throne system working together in peace just as Zechariah prophecies.
“It is he who shall build the temple (government) of YoHeWaH and shall bear royal honor and shall sit and rule on his throne (The throne of the builder or King). And there shall be a priest on his throne (The throne of the High Priest), and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.”’ Zechariah 6:13
The point being, the coming government of YoHeWaH, here on this earth, is not at all what the Christian institutions have taught their laity. It is a geo-political entity, based upon a moral backbone (Covenant Law). Not a religious entity placed within a secular body. It certainly is not a fictitious heavenly dwelling, as everyone floats on a cloud, plucking a harp all day looking down on streets of gold. What a crock of dung that would be, but we digress.
Back to robbing YoHeWaH and how that has taken place…
It is evident from the passage in Malachi, the people of YoHeWaH have turned from their Creator and as usual, Covenant Law, made up of commands, statutes, and judgements is the criteria, i.e., measuring stick. Thus, in this end time prophecy, YoHeWaH asks Israel to turn back to Him, as the parenthetical conversation plays out.
But you (Israel) say, ‘How shall we return?’ YoHeWaH’s response is, “Will man rob God? Yet you are robbing me.” It is here, YoHeWaH brings into account the various ways the end time nation of Israel (America) is guilty of breaking the 8th commandment and why it is so very important to learn the lesson accordingly. Israel responds:
“But you say, ‘How have we robbed you?’ In your tithes and contributions (offerings).”
If you are reading this work, I dare say, at some point in your life, you have attended a Christian church service, probably on Sunday morning, and have witnessed a kind of break in the service where the offering plate was passed around and people placed money in the basket, a collection that was to go to the so-called work of the church itself. If you attended long enough, you probably heard all kinds of messages on the various ways the scripture teaches how God loves a cheerful giver, or how the widow gave her last two cents to the church of the day, or maybe a message on the prosperity of the gospel will pay great dividends to the giver, like the church is some sort of stock market exchange. At any rate, all of this is a real eye opener to anyone with half a brain, turning most sensible persons away from the church.
How has Israel robbed YoHeWaH? Our answer to that is: “Christianity has robbed YoHeWaH by passing the offering plate, in leu of keeping YoHeWaH’s Appointed Feast Days” and here is why….
The act of tithing is totally mis-understood by everyone in Christendom. Not one single Covenant Law Abolisher, Christian teacher of the bible understands tithing at all. The reason why this is, is because YoHeWaH’s commanded Feast Days are abolished in their theology.
The Appointed Time Feast Days belonging to YoHeWaH are the sole purpose of the tithes YoHeWaH commands for Believers to set aside. YoHeWaH commands a tithe of all a Believer earns to be set aside to attend the three Festivals throughout the year, all of which point to the teaching of YoHeWaH’s true gospel of The Coming Kingdom / Government.
The tithe is not for the preaching of the gospel of personal, selfish salvation. It’s not for building a bigger church building or for adding a fellowship hall or for paying a preacher’s salary or for paying for airtime on the local radio station or any number of other budgeted expenses churches use to get their parishioners to put just a little more in the offering plate each Sunday morning. No, the tithe is for the keeping of YoHeWaH’s Appointed Times of:
1 — Feast of Passover / Unleavened Bread
2 — Feast of Pentecost
3 — Feast of Tabernacles
We will get into this in detail, in the chapter called “Time, The Mark of YoHeWaH”, however, from the following three texts directly from Covenant Law we will establish a good place for one who has never heard this theology to begin thinking on such things:
“Three times in the year you shall keep a feast to me (YoHeWaH). You shall keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread. As I commanded you, you shall eat unleavened bread for seven days at the appointed time in the month of Abib, for in it you came out of Egypt. None shall appear before me empty-handed. You shall keep the Feast of Harvest, of the firstfruits of your labor (Pentecost), of what you sow in the field. You shall keep the Feast of Ingathering at the end of the year (Tabernacles) when you gather in from the field the fruit of your labor. Three times in the year shall all your males appear before YoHeWaH, your Mighty One.” Exodus 23:14–17
And
“Three times a year all your males shall appear before YoHeWaH, your Mighty One at the place that he will choose: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread, at the Feast of Weeks (Pentecost), and at the Feast of Booths (Tabernacles). They shall not appear before YoHeWaH empty-handed. Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of YoHeWaH, your Mighty One that he has given you. Deuteronomy 16:16–17
And
“You shall tithe all the yield of your seed that comes from the field year by year. And before YoHeWaH, your Mighty One, in the place that he will choose, to make his name dwell there, you shall eat the tithe of your grain, of your wine, and of your oil, and the firstborn of your herd and flock, that you may learn to fear YoHeWaH, your Mighty One always. And if the way is too long for you, so that you are not able to carry the tithe, when YoHeWaH, your Mighty One blesses you, because the place is too far from you, which YoHeWaH, your Mighty One chooses, to set his name there, then you shall turn it into money and bind up the money in your hand and go to the place that YoHeWaH, your Mighty One chooses and spend the money for whatever you desire — oxen or sheep or wine or strong drink, whatever your appetite craves. And you shall eat there before YoHeWaH, your Mighty One and rejoice, you and your household. And you shall not neglect the Levite who is within your towns, for he has no portion or inheritance with you. Deuteronomy 14:22–27
From the above texts, we build the case for several foundational facts.
1. The phrases, “at the place that he will choose” and “in the place that he will choose” are direct references to Festival Sites where YoHeWaH’s Feast are carried out. We will see this detailed further in just a moment from Deuteronomy 12, a passage we have already used to explain another portion of Covenant Law being broken by Christianity.
2. The phrases, “You shall tithe…….. in the place that he will choose” and “if the way is too long for you, so that you are not able to carry the tithe, when YoHeWaH, your Mighty One blesses you, because the place is too far from you, which YoHeWaH, your Mighty One chooses, to set his name there.” denotes, the tie between the tithe and the observance of YoHeWaH’s Appointed Feast, which by the way ties back to the honoring of YoHeWaH’s great name, His reputation. In other words if we tithe properly and observe His Appointed Times then we do what? We honor His and His great name.
3. It is the tithe of your grain, wine, oil, and flocks that are to be divided out, one tenth (a tithe) is to be set apart for this purpose of observing YoHeWaH’s Festivals. In an agrarian society, this would basically be all the Believer’s income, valued in monetary terms.
4. The tithes are different from offerings. Tithes are set aside by the Males of each household for the purpose of eating, drinking and basically celebrating YoHeWaH’s plan of salvation, however, above and beyond that, there was to be an offering above the tithe of each family brought to each of the festivals which was given to the Priest, what we would called today, the Minister, Pastor or Elder for the express purpose of using it according to how he saw fit to further organize such a festival. The command, “None shall appear before me empty-handed.” is a direct reference to this time of offering.
You see, the correct form of offerings was to be taken up at YoHeWaH’s three Festivals, which Christianity has abolished, not every Sunday that comes.
Fact is, Christendom has missed the boat in many ways in this area. If YoHeWaH’s Feast Days were not abolished, the offerings brought by the people three times in the year would far exceed the puny little scraps they received from a flock each week, for would be Believers knew they were being fleeced, being held captive by the deceptions of the church’s lies.
So, again, how has YoHeWaH been robbed? Is it not by the act by Christianity to abolish YoHeWaH’s Appointed Feast Days? We think so… But wait, there is more.
We have already read from Deuteronomy chapter 12 quite extensively back in Chapter one entitled, “YoHeWaH Introduces Himself”, but here, we would like to come at that section of scripture from a different set of eyes. One that is focused on YoHeWaH’s Feast Days and the tithe that pays for such celebrations, as well as the counterfeits Christianity upholds in leu of YoHeWaH’s Feast Days. Remember this passage:
“These are the statutes and rules (Covenant Law) that you shall be careful to do in the land that YoHeWaH, the Mighty One of your fathers, has given you to possess, all the days that you live on the earth. You shall surely destroy all the places where the nations whom you shall dispossess served their gods, on the high mountains and on the hills and under every green tree (A direct reference to the ancient form of modern-day Christmas). You shall tear down their altars (False Churches) and dash in pieces their pillars (Steeples and Obelisk’) burn their Asherim with fire. You shall chop down the carved images of their gods and destroy their name out of that place. You shall not worship YoHeWaH, Your Mighty One in that way. Deuteronomy 12:1–4
In the place of YoHeWaH’s Feast Days, His Appointed Times, Christianity observes Christmas Eve and Day, Easter, May Day, All Saints Day which begins Halloween, and New Year’s Eve and Day…. All of which are counterfeits for YoHeWaH’s listed Feast Days in scripture. If you are reading this work as a Christian, having never considered these things, the words “You shall not worship YoHeWaH, Your Mighty One in such ways.” should scare you to death.
YoHeWaH does not want to be associated with Tree Worship, Satan Claus, Rabbits and Eggs, Hot Cross Buns, May Poles and Obelisk’, Ghost, Monsters and Goblins, nor with false Papal, Pagan, Planetary calendars which falsely exclaim when time begins and ends. Yet Christendom has made these symbols the backdrop of their theology for almost two millennia.
Moses goes on to write this in Deuteronomy 12:
“You shall not worship YoHeWaH in that way. But you shall seek the place that YoHeWaH will choose out of all your tribes to put his name and make his habitation there. There you shall go, and there you shall bring your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, your tithes and the contribution that you present, your vow offerings, your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock. And there you shall eat before YoHeWaH, and you shall rejoice, you and your households, in all that you undertake, in which YoHeWaH has blessed you.” Deuteronomy 12:4–7
Do you see the tie between a proper form of tithing, the proper form of offering giving, the keeping of YoHeWaH’s Feast Days and how Believers are to honor YoHeWaH’s Great Name? And once more, it is all a great celebration.
To hear the churches tell it, YoHeWaH’s Feast days and His Sabbaths are all a great big burden to which God has released would be Believers from ever having to be under any longer. What a blessing Christianity is now under to not have to rest, relax, and celebrate YoHeWaH’s salvation. It is called a great benefit if a person holds a job where there are three weeks of vacation given to that employee, yet YoHeWaH commands three weeks of vacation every single year and what do we as a Christian nation do? We put the branch to the nose and tell YoHeWaH to go jump in the creek.
Again, we are tempted to say, “what fools!”
It must also be noted, it was not just Israel who benefited greatly by observing these Feasts. Notice as Moses continues:
“…. then to the place that YoHeWaH will choose, to make his name dwell there, there you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the contribution that you present, and all your finest vow offerings that you vow to YoHeWaH. And you shall rejoice before YoHeWaH, you and your sons and your daughters, your male servants and your female servants, and the Levite that is within your towns, since he has no portion or inheritance with you.” Deuteronomy 12:11–13
Persons who held no inheritance were to be uplifted at these joyful times of celebration.
We have already made mention, later in this work will be the chapter entitled, “Egypt, A Typology of Christianity, The Spirit of Antichrist”. Once you, the reader of this work, come to acknowledge this fact, you can only then come to appreciate the following text, which once again drives home the point, YoHeWaH loathes to be worshipped with the worldly symbols listed above. Note this text as Moses continues later in this very important chapter 12 of Deuteronomy.
“When YoHeWaH your Mighty One cuts off before you the nations whom you go in to dispossess (Like Cush the brother of Mitzrayim, aka Egypt, an ancient typology of modern day Christianity), and you dispossess them and dwell in their land, take care that you be not ensnared to follow them, after they have been destroyed before you, and that you do not inquire about their gods, saying, ‘How did these nations serve their gods? — that I also may do the same.’ You shall not worship YoHeWaH your Mighty Onein that way, for every abominable thing that YoHeWaH hates they have done for their gods, for they even burn their sons and their daughters in the fire to their gods. Everything that I command you, you shall be careful to do. You shall not add to it or take from it. Deuteronomy 12:28–32
There is so much more to “You shall not steal” than just robbing the local convenience store or taking an ink pen home from your workplace which belongs to your employer or cheating on your taxes, which is a form of man’s abolishment of tithing. It does not take a deeply theological mind to understand these very simple standards. However, as we are very clearly seeing, going through the depths of Covenant Law, Christendom has worked hard to dig deep into Satan’s bag of tricks to break and teach its laity to break each point of YoHeWaH’s Covenant Law, even that of removing the celebration of YoHeWaH’s Feast Days, thus stealing the very joy of each would be Believer’s salvation.
How has the end time nation of Israel (Christian America) robbed YoHeWaH? In more ways than you will ever know. YoHeWaH has been greatly disrespected, robbed and pillaged by His “so called” people.
Are they guilty? You decide!
The beat goes on and the hits just keep on coming…….
