The Fleecing Of America
Chapter 8 of the free book online called: “The Book of The Covenant,” A Witness Against America
“You shall not steal.” — Exodus 20:15
At the heart of the 8th Commandment is the principle of respect. While we have seen this theme in several other commandments given by YoHeWaH, the deference one must have for another’s property and possessions is fundamental. In fact, such regard is a staple of all societies and past empires, requiring no explicit command to be understood.
Even the most ruthless nations in history have upheld laws against theft. Why? Because the violation of another’s possessions is an offense against the moral code written into human nature. No one needs to be told that stealing is wrong — as we might say today, it is a no-brainer.
However, as with all aspects of Covenant Law, deeper layers of meaning exist beyond the surface. These truths are not always self-evident; they require critical thought, analysis, and spiritual discernment. After all, the deceptions of The Enemy run deep.
Robbing God: A Deeper Perspective
“For I, YoHeWaH, do not change; therefore you, O children of Jacob (Israel), are not consumed. From the days of your fathers, you have turned aside from my statutes (Covenant Law) and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you, says YoHeWaH of hosts.
But you say, ‘How shall we return?’
Will man rob God? Yet you are robbing me.
But you say, ‘How have we robbed you?’
In your tithes and contributions (offerings). You are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing me, the whole nation of you.
Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says YoHeWaH of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need.
I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of your soil, and your vine in the field shall not fail to bear, says YoHeWaH of hosts. Then all nations will call you blessed, for you will be a land of delight, says YoHeWaH of hosts.”
— Malachi 3:6–12
If one reads this passage through a religious lens, its true meaning may be misinterpreted. The nation of Israel was always intended to be an example of righteous governance under YoHeWaH. Israel was designed as a unified system — a nation governed under a divine structure, integrating both church and state in harmony, as prophesied in Zechariah:
“It is he who shall build the temple (government) of YoHeWaH and shall bear royal honor and shall sit and rule on his throne (the King’s throne). And there shall be a priest on his throne (the High Priest’s throne), and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.”
— Zechariah 6:13
This prophecy reveals the nature of YoHeWaH's coming government on Earth. It is not the abstract, otherworldly vision often depicted by religious institutions—where believers float on clouds, plucking harps on streets of gold. Such notions are a distortion of divine truth. Instead, YoHeWaH’s Kingdom is a tangible, geopolitical entity founded upon moral law—not a religious institution placed within a secular framework.
How Has Israel Robbed YoHeWaH?
The passage from Malachi makes it clear: Israel turned away from its Creator, and the measure of this departure is Covenant Law. When Israel asks, “How shall we return?” YoHeWaH responds with a piercing question:
“Will man rob God? Yet you are robbing me.”
This response reveals the various ways in which the end-time nation of Israel (America) is guilty of breaking the 8th Commandment. Understanding this truth is crucial for those who seek to align themselves with divine law and receive the blessings promised by YoHeWaH.
The question remains: How will Israel respond?
“But you say, ‘How have we robbed you?’ In your tithes and contributions (offerings).”
If you are reading this, chances are you have attended a Christian church service at some point in your life — most likely on a Sunday morning. You have probably witnessed the moment when the offering plate is passed around, and people place money in the basket, supposedly to support the church's work. If you attended long enough, you likely heard various messages on giving:
- How God loves a cheerful giver
- The widow who gave her last two coins
- The so-called “prosperity gospel” promises great returns on financial giving
This experience can be an eye-opener for anyone with even a bit of discernment. Many see through the manipulation and turn away from the church altogether.
How Has Israel Robbed YoHeWaH?
The answer is clear: Christianity has robbed YoHeWaH by replacing His commanded Feast Days with the passing of the offering plate.
The Misunderstanding of Tithing
The concept of tithing is entirely misunderstood within Christendom. Not a single Christian teacher who upholds the belief that Covenant Law is abolished truly grasps the purpose of tithing. Why? Their theology has erased YoHeWaH’s commanded Feast Days from practice.
Tithing was never intended for church buildings, preacher salaries, or media outreach. The true purpose of the tithe, as commanded by YoHeWaH, is to fund the observance of His appointed Feast Days — each of which teaches the true gospel of the coming Kingdom and Government of YoHeWaH.
The Purpose of the Tithe
The tithe is not meant to support a gospel of personal, selfish salvation or to fund church programs and construction projects. Instead, the tithe is specifically designated for keeping YoHeWaH’s Appointed Feasts:
- Feast of Passover / Unleavened Bread
- Feast of Pentecost (Weeks)
- Feast of Tabernacles (Ingathering)
This purpose is made abundantly clear in Covenant Law:
“Three times in the year you shall keep a feast to me (YoHeWaH). You shall keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread. As I commanded you, you shall eat unleavened bread for seven days at the appointed time in the month of Abib, for in it you came out of Egypt. None shall appear before me empty-handed. You shall keep the Feast of Harvest, of the firstfruits of your labor (Pentecost), of what you sow in the field. You shall keep the Feast of Ingathering at the end of the year (Tabernacles) when you gather in from the field the fruit of your labor. Three times in the year shall all your males appear before YoHeWaH, your Mighty One.”
— Exodus 23:14–17
And again:
“Three times a year all your males shall appear before YoHeWaH, your Mighty One at the place that He will choose: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread, at the Feast of Weeks (Pentecost), and at the Feast of Booths (Tabernacles). They shall not appear before YoHeWaH empty-handed. Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of YoHeWaH, your Mighty One that He has given you.”
— Deuteronomy 16:16–17
Even more explicitly, the use of the tithe is outlined in Deuteronomy 14:22–27:
“You shall tithe all the yield of your seed that comes from the field year by year. And before YoHeWaH, your Mighty One, in the place that He will choose, to make His name dwell there, you shall eat the tithe of your grain, of your wine, and of your oil, and the firstborn of your herd and flock, that you may learn to fear YoHeWaH, your Mighty One always.
And if the way is too long for you, so that you are not able to carry the tithe, when YoHeWaH, your Mighty One blesses you, because the place is too far from you, which YoHeWaH, your Mighty One chooses, to set His name there, then you shall turn it into money and bind up the money in your hand and go to the place that YoHeWaH, your Mighty One chooses and spend the money for whatever you desire — oxen or sheep or wine or strong drink, whatever your appetite craves. And you shall eat there before YoHeWaH, your Mighty One and rejoice, you and your household. And you shall not neglect the Levite who is within your towns, for he has no portion or inheritance with you.”
The tithe was always meant to ensure the observance of YoHeWaH’s appointed times — times that teach His people about His plan, Kingdom, and governance. By replacing these commanded Feast Days with a system of weekly offerings and church budgets, Christianity has robbed YoHeWaH.
Building the Case for Foundational Facts
From the scriptural texts provided, we can establish several key foundational facts regarding tithing and YoHeWaH’s Appointed Feast Days.
1. The Place That YoHeWaH Chooses
The repeated phrases “at the place that He will choose” and “in the place that He will choose” directly refer to the specific festival sites where YoHeWaH’s Feasts were to be observed. Deuteronomy 12 expands on this, a passage we previously examined in relation to another portion of Covenant Law that Christianity has disregarded.
2. Tithing Is Tied to the Observance of YoHeWaH’s Feasts
The phrases:
“You shall tithe… in the place that He will choose”
“If the way is too long for you, so that you are not able to carry the tithe… then you shall turn it into money”
These verses show the direct connection between the tithe and YoHeWaH’s Appointed Feasts observance. This also ties back to honoring YoHeWaH’s great name and reputation. In other words, when we tithe properly and observe His appointed times, we honor His name.
3. The True Purpose of the Tithe
The tithe was commanded to be set aside from a believer’s grain, wine, oil, and livestock — essentially, a tenth of all income in an agrarian society. This tithe was not for funding churches, salaries, or buildings but specifically to provide for the observance of YoHeWaH’s Feasts.
4. The Difference Between Tithes and Offerings
- Tithes: Set aside by the male head of each household to eat, drink, and celebrate YoHeWaH’s plan of salvation at the three annual Festivals.
- Offerings: These are given above and beyond the tithe and brought to each festival. These were given to the priest (what we might call a minister, pastor, or elder today) to help organize and facilitate the gathering.
The command:
“None shall appear before Me empty-handed.”
This is a direct reference to these Festival offerings.
The Error of Weekly Offerings
The correct biblical method of collecting offerings was during YoHeWaH’s three annual Festivals, not every Sunday morning.
Christianity has severely missed the mark in this area. If YoHeWaH’s Feasts had not been abolished, the offerings brought three times a year would far exceed the small, manipulative collections taken weekly. Instead, modern Christianity has created a system where believers are financially “fleeced” week after week under the guise of faithfulness.
How Has YoHeWaH Been Robbed?
The answer is clear: Christianity abolished YoHeWaH’s Appointed Feast Days and replaced them with man-made traditions. But there is more…
The Counterfeit Worship of Christianity
In Deuteronomy 12, YoHeWaH issues a clear command regarding worship:
“These are the statutes and rules (Covenant Law) that you shall be careful to do in the land that YoHeWaH, the Mighty One of your fathers, has given you to possess, all the days that you live on the earth. You shall surely destroy all the places where the nations whom you shall dispossess served their gods — on the high mountains, on the hills, and under every green tree (a direct reference to the ancient origins of modern-day Christmas). You shall tear down their altars (false churches) and dash in pieces their pillars (steeples and obelisks). Burn their Asherim with fire. You shall chop down the carved images of their gods and destroy their name out of that place. You shall not worship YoHeWaH, your Mighty One, in that way.”
— Deuteronomy 12:1–4
In place of YoHeWaH’s Appointed Feast Days, Christianity has substituted pagan festivals:
- Christmas Eve & Day
- Easter
- May Day
- All Saints’ Day (the start of Halloween celebrations)
- New Year’s Eve & Day
All of these are counterfeits of the biblical Feasts. If you are reading this as a Christian and have never considered these things, you should take serious caution at YoHeWaH’s warning:
“You shall not worship YoHeWaH, your Mighty One, in that way.”
YoHeWaH Rejects Pagan Traditions
YoHeWaH does not associate His name with:
- Tree worship (Christmas trees)
- Satan Claus (Santa Claus)
- Rabbits & Eggs (Easter fertility symbols)
- Hot Cross Buns (ritual cakes for pagan gods)
- May Poles & Obelisks (phallic symbols of idolatry)
- Ghosts, Monsters, & Goblins (Halloween origins)
- False Papal & Planetary Calendars that distort His timeline
Yet, Christianity has embraced these symbols and made them the backdrop of their faith for nearly two thousand years.
Returning to YoHeWaH’s True Worship
Moses continues in Deuteronomy 12:
“You shall not worship YoHeWaH in that way. But you shall seek the place that YoHeWaH will choose out of all your tribes to put His name and make His habitation there. There you shall go, and there you shall bring your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, your tithes and the contributions that you present, your vow offerings, your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock. And there you shall eat before YoHeWaH, and you shall rejoice — you and your households — in all that you undertake, in which YoHeWaH has blessed you.”
— Deuteronomy 12:4–7
This passage reaffirms that worshiping YoHeWaH means observing His appointed times in the place He chooses, not incorporating pagan festivals and symbols into worship.
In short, Christianity has robbed YoHeWaH by:
- Abolishing His commanded Feast Days
- Replacing biblical tithing with weekly church offerings
- Substituting His Appointed Times with pagan traditions
The time has come to return to the truth of YoHeWaH’s commands — restoring the observance of His Feasts, understanding the real purpose of the tithe, and rejecting the counterfeits that have led so many astray.
The Connection Between Tithing, Offerings, Feasts, and Honoring YoHeWaH’s Name
The true form of tithing, the proper way of giving offerings, and the observance of YoHeWaH’s Feast Days are all interconnected. Together, they form the foundation for believers to honor YoHeWaH’s Great Name. And what is their purpose? They are all meant to be a celebration!
Yet, Christianity has completely distorted this truth.
To hear the churches tell it, YoHeWaH’s Feasts and Sabbaths are burdens — an oppressive yoke from which believers have been “freed.” Christianity teaches that being released from resting, relaxing, and celebrating YoHeWaH’s salvation is a blessing.
How utterly backward is this thinking?
Rejecting YoHeWaH’s Blessings
Consider this:
- In today’s workforce, an employee who receives three weeks of vacation is considered fortunate.
- Yet, YoHeWaH commands three weeks of joyous vacation every year — times of rest, feasting, and worship.
- And what does Christianity do? It rejects it. Instead of rejoicing in YoHeWaH’s appointed celebrations, we act like rebellious children, turning our backs on His blessings.
Still, Christianity calls this rejection of YoHeWaH’s commands a “great benefit.”
Can we really be so blind? What fools!
The Feasts Were a Blessing to All
It wasn’t just Israel that benefited from keeping YoHeWaH’s Feasts. Notice what Moses declares:
“…Then to the place that YoHeWaH will choose, to make His name dwell there, you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, and the contributions that you present, and all your finest vow offerings that you vow to YoHeWaH.
And you shall rejoice before YoHeWaH — you, your sons, your daughters, your male servants, your female servants, and the Levite within your towns, since he has no portion or inheritance with you.”
— Deuteronomy 12:11–13
These Feasts were designed to uplift everyone—even those without inheritance—ensuring that all could share in the joy of celebrating YoHeWaH’s salvation.
Yet, today, Christianity has stolen this joyful experience and replaced it with lifeless traditions rooted in deception.
Egypt as a Typology of Christianity
Later in this work, we will explore the Egyptian parallel in the chapter “Egypt: A Typology of Christianity — The Spirit of Antichrist.”
Once you, the reader, recognize this truth, you will fully grasp why YoHeWaH utterly rejects the counterfeit symbols and worship practices Christianity has embraced.
Moses warns us in Deuteronomy 12:
“When YoHeWaH your Mighty One cuts off before you the nations whom you go in to dispossess (like Cush, the brother of Mitzrayim — aka Egypt — an ancient typology of modern-day Christianity), and you dispossess them and dwell in their land, take care that you are not ensnared to follow them after they have been destroyed before you.
Do not inquire about their gods, saying, ‘How did these nations serve their gods? That I also may do the same.’
You shall not worship YoHeWaH in that way, for every abominable thing that YoHeWaH hates, they have done for their gods. They even burn their sons and their daughters in the fire to their gods.
Everything that I command you, you shall be careful to do. You shall not add to it or take from it.”
— Deuteronomy 12:28–32
This passage is a clear condemnation of adopting pagan practices into worship — the very thing Christianity has done.
Theft Beyond Material Goods
The command “You shall not steal” extends far beyond physical theft.
- It includes robbing YoHeWaH of His rightful worship.
- It includes stealing from believers the joy of celebrating His Feasts.
- It includes replacing YoHeWaH’s appointed times with pagan holidays.
This isn’t complex theology — it’s a simple truth, but one that has been buried under centuries of deception.
Christianity Has Taught Its People to Rob YoHeWaH
Through the lens of Covenant Law, it is undeniable that Christianity has systematically broken every major point of YoHeWaH’s commands.
This includes:
✅ Abolishing His Feasts
✅ Reinventing the tithe into a church tax
✅ Encouraging false worship through pagan traditions
By removing YoHeWaH’s Feasts, Christianity has stolen the very joy of salvation from those who seek to honor Him.
How Has “Christian America” Robbed YoHeWaH?
Christianity has not only robbed YoHeWaH’s name, Feasts, and tithes, but it has done so while claiming to be His representative.
Theft.
Deception.
Rebellion.
Are they guilty?
You decide.
