The Government of YoHeWaH, Land Versus Sea
Chapter 30 of “The Book Of The Covenant, A Witness Against America”
It is the opinion of the authorship of this work, Christianity has missed the boat on many subjects concerning Covenant Law. Without a doubt judgment is coming to our nation because of this understated fact. We have made the case, all the ills of our nation today can be laid at the feet of the pulpits of Christian America because of this single misgiving, the rejection of the precepts and detail placed within The Book of The Covenant. That said, there is one more shortcoming of Christendom that must be addressed in full….. A correct working knowledge of the battle between land and sea.
Yeshua defined the gospel, often called “The Gospel of Christ” this way:
“And he went throughout all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM and healing every disease and every affliction among the people.” Matthew 4:23
And
“…The time is fulfilled, and THE KINGDOM OF YoHeWaH is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.” Mark 1:15
The key word being “Kingdom”. We have established the fact a kingdom is synonymous with a government. A Kingdom is broken down into four aspects:
1 — A King
2 — A Territory or Land
3 — A People to be Governed
4 — A Set of Laws.
Thus it can be said of Christ’ statement in the above text, a Believer must first repent, which is to look to YoHeWaH’s Covenant Law, measuring his or her life against the standard of YoHeWaH’s Law, and then to believe the gospel. We have also already made the case, belief is obedience to said law for the purpose of training toward serving in the coming Kingdom or Government of YoHeWaH. Remember this equation from The Introduction….
To Believe = Obedience to Covenant Law
Disobedience = Unbelief
Christendom has confused the training aspect with the concept of “GET”, as in “believe the gospel and receive (Get) salvation.” The training aspect has become all about what Christians “GET” out of the equation, as opposed to what they are being trained or equipped to GIVE and/or SERVE in the coming government. They see no government at all in the gospel, defined. Therefore Christianity has failed to teach the importance of civil stewardship, which is the foundation The Promised Land of America was built upon.
What’s more, Christendom has blown up the service aspect with individual service to one another, which is not wrong, but it limits the bigger picture of what is at stake. To quote Christ in Matthew 23:23. You should have done the one without leaving the other undone. Both are vitally important.
It must be noted, no government willingly ceases from existing. All governments have to be taken down, if there is change that takes place. Without a doubt, scripture is quite clear…. There is coming a governmental over throw by YoHeWaH, Himself. Babylon (THE UNITED STATES) will be thrown down in abject destruction, along with all the ancient nations that have joined her at this end time. Nations like, Edom, Tyre, Sidon, Moab, Ammon, Egypt, Philistia, and Syria, all were subsidiaries to Babylon and all play major roles within the government that is THE UNITED STATES, in typology today…. All of which, will be sent down to the pit. See Ezekiel chapter 32 for all the detail. These nations are not literal nations today but rather symbolic aspects of the One World, Unipolar government based within the three city states of Washington DC, London England and The Vatican, all of which lend their power to THE UNITED STATES, as their puppet.
The most coveted aspect of life is not money, but power. Power defines Kingship and nothing says true power like control or slavery. Once again, quoting from the epic motion picture, The Ten Commandments…
High Priest — Last night our Astrologers saw an evil star enter into the house of Egypt.
Pharaoh — Meaning what?
Commander — From the frontiers of Sinai and Libya to the Cataracts of the Nile, what nation would dare draw the sword against us?
High Priest — The enemy you fear is in the heart of Egypt.
Pharaoh — What?
High Priest — The Hebrew slaves in the heart of Goshen.
Pharaoh — I number my enemies by their swords, not by their chains, High Priest.
High Priest — Chains have been forged into swords before now, Devine One. Among these slaves there is a prophecy of a Deliver (Moses) who will lead them (Israel) out of bondage. The star proclaims his birth.
Commander — Then let the Hebrews die.
Pharaoh — Slaves are wealth commander. The more slaves we have, the more bricks we make.
Commander — I would still see fewer bricks made and have fewer slaves in Goshen. It is our eastern gate.
High Priest — Since this Deliver is among their new born, only their new born need die.
Pharaoh — Every Hebrew new born man child shall die. So let it be written. So let it be done.
If you do not get one thing the authorship of this work is trying to convey to you, the reader, please get this. History is playing out concerning the above story told from scripture, acted out in the movie “The Ten Commandments”.
Slaves are wealth and there is a Deliverer coming to save the nation of Israel from their slavery. What’s more, The Enemy knows the playbook of YoHeWaH well, but his efforts to thwart such a national salvation haven’t changed very much.
Get this confusion in your head…. Slaves are wealth but we have to avoid the one who will deliver the slaves from our hand…. So, lets just start killing them.
At such a mindset, you are tempted to just say…. What fools.
Question. What’s more important in the eyes of the powerful. Wealth or Power? Make no mistake, its power. Once you have so much money, wealth really isn’t the main attraction. But power is either on or off. There is really no in between when it comes to rule, in the eyes of evil.
At the heart of true power is the mindset of those being ruled. There are three categories of the ruled. They are:
1 — Those ruled willingly by a loving Master (Like YoHeWaH)
2 — Those ruled unwillingly by an evil Master (Like The Enemy)
3 — Those who really do not care that they are ruled (Worthlessness)
There is no worth to any slave who does not desire freedom. Being ruled by a loving Master is liberty… The Law of Liberty, Covenant Law. Being ruled by The Enemy is bondage void of The Law of Liberty, a terrible place to be and yet Christendom has led the people of end time Israel directly to such a slaughter.
With these principles in mind, you are ready to tackle the war between land and sea.
Throughout scripture, there are examples of the battle being waged between land and sea, of which we will address a few so that you, the reader can come to recognize this fight as you do your studies, but trust us, its everywhere in scripture. Here are a few synonyms of the two to help you key in on key words in any given text.
Land = Earth, Ground, Zion, Covenant, Dry, Drought, Prosperous, Black, East, Ancient, Proper Government, Freedom, Common Law, Covenant Law, Faith, Truth
Sea = Heaven, Water, Clouds, River, Streams, Debt, Red, Babylon, Tyre, Ship, Island, West, Progress, Bondage, Regulation, Admiralty Law, Levitical Priesthood Law, Fear, Lies
Note the following story from The Gospel writers:
“When evening came, his disciples went down to the sea, got into a boat, and started across the sea to Capernaum. It was now dark, and Yeshua had not yet come to them. The sea became rough because a strong wind was blowing. When they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Yeshua walking on the sea and coming near the boat, and they were frightened. But he said to them, “It is I; do not be afraid.” Then they were glad to take him into the boat, and immediately the boat was at the land to which they were going.” John 6:16–21
And
“Immediately he (Yeshua) made the disciples get into the boat and go before him to the other side, while he dismissed the crowds. And after he had dismissed the crowds, he went up on the mountain by himself to pray. When evening came, he was there alone, but the boat by this time was a long way from the land, beaten by the waves, for the wind was against them. And in the fourth watch of the night he came to them, walking on the sea. But when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were terrified, and said, “It is a ghost!” and they cried out in fear. But immediately Yeshua spoke to them, saying, “Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid.”
And Peter answered him, “Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.” He said, “Come.” So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Yeshua. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, “Lord, save me.” Yeshua immediately reached out his hand and took hold of him, saying to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased. And those in the boat worshiped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.” Matthew 14:22–32
The fact that jumps off the page at us concerning this event is that Yeshua desired for Peter to have enough faith to actually walk on the sea. To actually have dominion over the sea (Babylon), to actually walk on the water of Admiralty Law. In practical application, this would take a great knowledge of both systems. One would have to know Common Law and Regulatory Law very well to accomplish this action properly. Like so many of us today, Peter was, at that time just a novice. Bold and filled with zeal, yes, but very clearly void of high quality faith.
Remember the process of salvation chapter of this work where the foundational faith has to be built into a strong, mature faith judging properly between justice and mercy, balancing them perfectly. Peter did not have such a level of faith and Yeshua knew it…. And yet, He desired for Peter to attempt to walk on the sea. Why?
The answer to that question is at the heart and core of the lesson within this chapter. It is also the golden thread running throughout scripture telling the esoteric plan of salvation for mankind. The preparation to serve with the coming government of YoHeWaH.
You have heard it said, “Practice makes perfect.” Lets say it another way, “Practice makes loyalty”. Loyalty defines perfection. Think carefully about Peter’s recorded testing of loyalty. A short time after this event of walking on the water Peter encountered this mountain to climb.
“Then Yeshua said to them, “You will all fall away because of me this night. For it is written, ‘I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’ But after I am raised up, I will go before you to Galilee.” Peter answered him, “Though they all fall away because of you, I will never fall away.” Yeshua said to him, “Truly, I tell you, this very night, before the rooster crows, you will deny me three times.” Peter said to him, “Even if I must die with you, I will not deny you!” And all the disciples said the same.” Matthew 26:31–35
Later that night, before the dawn….
“Now Peter was sitting outside in the courtyard. And a servant girl came up to him and said, “You also were with Yeshua the Galilean.” But he denied it before them all, saying, “I do not know what you mean.” And when he went out to the entrance, another servant girl saw him, and she said to the bystanders, “This man was with Yeshua of Nazareth.” And again he denied it with an oath: “I do not know the man.” After a little while the bystanders came up and said to Peter, “Certainly you too are one of them, for your accent betrays you.” Then he began to invoke a curse on himself and to swear, “I do not know the man.” And immediately the rooster crowed. And Peter remembered the saying of Yeshua, “Before the rooster crows, you will deny me three times.” And he went out and wept bitterly.” Matthew 26:69–75
Clearly, Peter was not perfected in faith at this point, however, if you have read the chapter of this work entitled, “The Process of Salvation”, you would know by the time Peter wrote his second epistle in his old age, he very clearly had obtained such a level of character, having a rich understanding of the said process.
The point being, Yeshua was ready to throw Peter into a sink or swim situation, not once but twice in scripture, just to see where he was in that process. A type of measuring stick not only for Peter but also for us to learn by. The goal….. To have 100% dominion over the system of the sea, Babylon. To know it, to hate it and to over come it and never desire to return to it. 100% loyalty to Covenant Law and The Mighty One of all creation.
In the spirit of typology versus counterfeits, let’s now address Fear versus Fear. The battle of the Fear of YoHeWaH versus all other kinds of Fear.
An important piece of knowledge needed in this discussion is, at the center of any kind of fear is death. Whether consciously or unconsciously, the human mind reasons death as the ultimate outcome when fear wells up in the mortal psyche. It is an equation written on the DNA of man. It is the line drawn in the sand denoting our loyalty and devotion to the One we truly worship.
“For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of YoHeWaH, which is in you through the laying on of my hands, for The Almighty gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.” 2Timothy 2:7
While Peter did not fear originally, a spirit of fear did overtake him causing him to sink before Yeshua had to intervein and rescue the embolden future Apostle from the rage of the water. Again, the point being, the Christian walk should be a preparation for the fullness of ‘fear shattering’ faith to the point one can hold a dominion over the waters of Admiralty, Regulatory, Babylonian Law of the false government which has arisen out of the non-Covenant complacency of Christendom and Modernity.
Christ showed the way to win the dominion over the water, now let us note another battle won in scripture, land over water.
The Red Sea stood between Egypt and Israel’s true freedom. Two words in our list of synonyms for water, Red and Sea. Red denotes debt. Sea, of course denotes the fullness of Regulatory / Code Law. With Egypt nipping at Israel’s hills in hot pursuit, YoHeWaH had once again, put Israel in the same situation Yeshua had put Peter…. A place of testing. This time, Moses was the one with the fullness of faith.
You all know the story, or at least anyone reading this work should. YoHeWaH’s power, being manifest through a man filled with faith, parted the waters of the Sea of debt to expose dry land, a symbol for Covenant Law, which allowed Israel to be free. Know the truth (Covenant Law) and the truth shall make you free.
The example of parting the water to expose the dry land for the purpose of revealing freedom occurs four times in scripture. Once with Moses. Once with Joshua. Once with Elijah, and once with Elisha. In all four cases, those that witnessed these events knew unequivocally, YoHeWaH is The Mighty One of Mighty Ones and that it was by His power these events occurred.
One more example from scripture that will work to introduce the nuts and bolts of how this subject is applicable for us today.
“And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, with ten horns and seven heads, with ten diadems on its horns and blasphemous names on its heads.” Revelation 13:1
And
“Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven, wrapped in a cloud, with a rainbow over his head, and his face was like the sun, and his legs like pillars of fire. He had a little scroll open in his hand. And he set his right foot on the sea, and his left foot on the land.” Revelation 10:1–2
The above text are just two of the many passages we could bring forth dealing with land and sea from the book of Revelation. These two text denotes the two opposite extremes of the Beast Power and The Representatives of The Almighty who will work to overthrow The Beast.
The Beast rises up out of the sea…. Out of Regulatory / Code / Babylonian Law, with all of its cohorts with it, such as Tyre, Sidon, Egypt, etc.
The Angel (Messenger) who works to identify this Beast Power has knowledge of both. The feet are symbols of the prowess of a teacher. To sit at someone’s feet is to learn from that someone. This Messenger having his feet on both the land and the sea shows his expertise in both areas, the law of the land and the law of the sea. The text also shows this One has a rainbow over his head, a symbol of Covenant Law. He is wrapped in a cloud from heaven, two of the synonyms of the Sea side of the equation.
The theme of The Book of Revelation is the battle taking place between these two entities of land and sea. Fact is, if you simply apply these synonymic symbols listed above to what you are reading in the Revelation of Yeshua The Christ given to John, The Apostle of Truth, you easily ascertain what is being said within this seemingly impossible to understand book of the Holy Bible.
Take for instance this grossly misunderstood passage….
“Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more.” Revelation 21:1
Now, there are two points we wish to convey from the above text as a kind of Teachable Moment.
1 — The statement, “and the sea was no more” does not denote that YoHeWaH will dry up all the actual waters of the sea when the time setting of this text comes about. The reference to the abolishment of the sea is a governmental statement concerning the abolishment of the Regulatory / Babylonian Law of the Sea.
2 — The statement, “Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away” is not a reference to the earth and the heavens above being abolished or even revamped whatsoever. Once again the context is government. The key word in the text is “first”, which is very poorly understood in all cases throughout the Greek New Testament. The word is best translated “before”. Note the Strong definition;

Part of Speech: Adjective
Transliteration: prótos
Phonetic Spelling: (pro’-tos)
Definition: first, chief
Usage: first, before, principal, most important.
This word can be translated four different ways all according to the context. (first, before, principal, most important). We know this text is not speaking of the actual earth passing away because of Yeshua’s words:
“Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. “But concerning that day and hour (when heaven and earth will pass away) no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:35–36
If it is written in Revelation, that would mean man could know when such an event would take place, which disqualifies the word meaning of “first”. It’s the only earth of it’s kind, so the meaning of “chief” or “most important” is disqualified. that only leaves the word “before” as in the earth or government before is what is passing away, not the actual earth itself. That government is of course, Babylon. Thus the text should read:
“Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the before heaven and the before earth had passed away, and the sea was no more.” Revelation 21:1
So, how is all of this applicable for today?
This work has made the case the history of The united States of America can be summed up in this way.
Our nation was founded in 1619 with the fulfillment of Isaiah 14:1–2. For more detailed information go back and re-read Chapter 13 — Slavery, The Path Of True Rehabilitation, of this work.
Our nation was declared in 1776 with the Declaration of Independence.
Our nation was constituted fully in 1791 with the Bill of Rights and The Constitution for The United States.
Then our nation was hijacked by The Enemy called The Crown beginning in 1869 with the establishment of the District of Columbia as a separate nation state above that of the united states of America, elevating The Federal Government above that of the governments of the individual states, something the founding fathers nor YoHeWaH ever intended.
It is from this moment in time, in 1869, America can look back and know she was pregnant with a new, yet old creation in her womb called Babylon. She had conceived in 1846, when The Crown went to work to bring about the Civil war. This event was signaled via the day in the dawn of the year, February 26, 1846 that the Liberty Bell was cracked being rang in honor of George Washington’s birthday. A short time afterwards, America was thrown into is first nation weakening war, The Mexican / American War which was orchestrated by The Crown of London as the first steps toward recovering what London had lost in The Revolutionary War, the prize colony of Great Britain, America. While by this time, The King of England had been long since taken over by the Jewish bankers known as The Crown, the geography was still the same.
A speculative Teachable Moment is in order here.
The gestation of a child in modern times is nine periods of the moon or months. It must be noted there is a celestial month known as the Metonic Cycle, which is within just a few hours of 19 years of time to the day. Every 19 years on any given day, the moon’s phase and position in the sky will return to that exact spot in the heavens marking a single time cycle or what some astrologers call, a cyclical celestial month of years.
19 time cycles of year times 9 = 171 years of time.
1846 AD + 171 years of time = 2017 AD, the year Babylon was born as a mature ruling government. Truly an amazing fact, right?…. But wait there’s more.
There is a very misunderstood prophecy concerning Babylon from Daniel chapter 4. Remember this is the chapter written by the hand of King Nebuchadnezzar himself. Let’s read it directly from Ole Nebby’s own pen, as he records Daniel stating this:
“And because the king saw a watcher, a holy one, coming down from heaven and saying, ‘Chop down the tree and destroy it, but leave the stump of its roots in the earth, bound with a band of iron and bronze, in the tender grass of the field, and let him be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts of the field, TILL SEVEN PERIODS OF TIME PASS OVER HIM’, this is the interpretation, O king: It is a decree of the Most High, which has come upon my lord the king, that you (Your Kingdom) shall be driven from among men, and your dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field (the future world ruling empires that would follow). You shall be made to eat grass like an ox, and you shall be wet with the dew of heaven, and SEVEN PERIODS OF TIME SHALL PASS OVER YOU, till you know that the Most High rules the kingdom of men and gives it to whom he will. And as it was commanded to leave the stump of the roots of the tree, your kingdom shall be confirmed for you from the time that you know that Heaven rules. Therefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable to you: break off your sins by practicing righteousness, and your iniquities by showing mercy to the oppressed, that there may perhaps be a lengthening of your prosperity.” Daniel 4:23–27
While it must be noted The king did spend seven years as a Beast of the Field eating straw like the Ox, without his mind, this in no way fulfilled the typology of the larger picture concerning Babylon. We see an end time resurrection of Babylon all throughout scripture. So we know there is a duality to this prophecy accordingly. The key is identifying exactly what is a period of time, because seven of them would pass over the Kingdom of Babylon after it falls before such an end time resurrection of Babylon would occur.
Scholars will tell you and we agree that a period of time is a year of years. Most scholars make the mistake of applying what they think is a prophetic year of 360 days, thus making a period of time 360 years. This is just totally false.
A year is 365.25 years of time. There are 365.25 days in a year and there was at the time of Daniel as well. The length of a year did change, not once but twice that we know of, from the time of Adam until now, but that time period has not changed since the time of Daniel until these last days.
Now factor in the year 539 BC, which was the year Babylon fell to Darius The Great and The Medo-Persian Empire.
365.25 years x 7 periods of time = 2556.75 years.
539 BC forward in time 2556.75 years brings us to September 2017, the very date of the Revelation 12:1 sign in the heavens. September 23, 2017.
The Authorship of this work sees this above math as nothing short of divine, prophetic providence of The Almighty pointing to the war between The Dragon of Revelation 12 and The Man Child born in the same chapter of The Woman of Revelation 12. So, if you still have trouble seeing the importance of what we are bring forth as we close this work, you might want to re-read the last chapter and put all the pieces of the puzzle together to create the big picture of scripture. It really is a mind blowing revelation that only The Most High could have written.
Now, you have to plug in this single fact to the equation, as we ask the question…. Why did YoHeWaH bring forth Babylon out of the grave to begin with back in the middle of the 19th century, in this nation? Was there a reason for this travesty?
Well, yes there was a ‘damn’ good reason. Key word, Damn.
As this work has already stated, America was founded on the righteousness of Covenant Law principles. Great men like John Westly, George Whitefield, and Jonathon Edwards, just to name a few Covenant Teachers who were the spiritual foundation for the ones we call The Founding Fathers of George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, etc. However, as history has shown so often down through time, it only takes a single generation to stray from righteousness taught. By the deaths of these great men, The Enemy had crept in unawares, just as the brother of Christ states to begin an mindset of apostacy and lawlessness.
“For certain people have crept in unnoticed who long ago were designated for this condemnation, ungodly people, who pervert the grace (reward for obedience) of our Mighty One into sensuality and deny our only Master and Lord, Yeshua the Christ.” Jude 4
By the middle of the 19th century America was ripe for the taking because The Christian church had abolished Covenant Law to the point, YoHeWaH was lawfully forced to act. The trunk of the tree stump of Babylon began to sprout.
What we see today is a fully grown tree standing where America once stood and its King, Barak Obama now reigns via His False Prophet (false speaker) Joe Biden. The regenerated King of Babylon controls America, just as scripture says it would. The most powerful military, with the most corrupted justices, with the most lawless government the world has ever witnessed now controls all Israel and why?
Because Christendom and Modernity clothed in materialism and covetousness has abolished YoHeWaH’s Covenant Law, the words written in The Book of The Covenant, which has become the sole witness against America in these last days.
