The Three Other Entries

Chapter 20 of “The Book Of The Covenant, A Witness Against America”

The case has been made throughout this work, The Book Of The Covenant is a literal book apart from The Bible, yet with its contents found within The Bible itself, if you know where to look. We have proven, unequivocally, Christianity simply does not recognize such a book even exist. We feel, we have also proven, by this point, Christianity is guilty of not just willing ignorance to “The Way” of Covenant, spelled out by the very physical life of their name sake, but what Christendom has become has actually worked to bring utter curses from YoHeWaH, Himself upon our so called Judeo Christian nation.

Thus far, we have details just some of the ways these points of guilt are applicable when weighed against just the first entry of Covenant Law, within The Book Of The Covenant…. Exodus 20 through 23. There are yet three other entries that could be discussed. However, this work is quite extensive in its present form, so you, the reader, will have to read these other 32 chapters for yourself from the pages of the Bible to judge (discern) any guilt your local church or Christian America might be guilty of accordingly. What we have accomplished for you thus far should be a road map for you, as The Believer to take the mantle from here, on your own, as YoHeWaH’s Spirit leads.

The goal of this chapter is to show why we believe these next three entries are actual entries into The Book Of The Covenant, accordingly.

For many years, the second entry escaped us totally. We failed to recognize a few key words, to which we will reveal now.

And YHWH spoke to Moses on Mount Sinai, saying. Leviticus 25:1

The only time Moses heard the words of YoHeWaH on Mount Sinai was at the time (in the summer) the first giving of Covenant Law thundered from YoHeWaH to all Israel, at first, then later to only Moses, after Israel turned tail and run, refusing to listen to the words of Our King.

Now, we are not sure why Moses waited to record the words of Leviticus 25 through 26 in a second entry, holding them until what looks to be the second year after leaving Egypt, but this appears to be the case….. And in fact, the words of these two chapters fit hand in glove with Covenant Law perfectly, so as the old saying goes…. It is, what it is.

Notice the words ending this entry, at the end of Leviticus 26….

These are the statutes and judgments and laws that YoHeWaH made between himself and the people of Israel through Moses on Mount Sinai.. Leviticus 26:46

No other portion of the Book of Leviticus has any such language concerning Covenant Law. There are sections of the Book of Leviticus that reiterates commands and judgments of Covenant Law, but as best that we can tell, those sections of Leviticus do not reflect an actual entry into the physical Book Of The Covenant. A classic example of this would be Leviticus chapter 23 which list YoHeWaH’s Appointed Times or Feast Days. Again, this is very clearly Covenant Law but there is no language at either end of this chapter which causes us to think this chapter was included in the actual Book of the Covenant.

The third entry is more cut and dry. The name of The Book of Deuteronomy reflects a second giving or telling of the first giving of Covenant Law. The difference being… In the first giving, what is recorded are the very direct words of YoHeWaH Himself, with no additions thereof. However, in the second telling, we find the words of Moses adding the detail or commentary accordingly to that first giving….. A very valuable resource to consider. Not to mention there was 40 years of history and in fact a few changes that had to be ironed out before Israel could move forward, reflected by the change of Priesthood from that of The Melchizedek Priesthood which Israel was under before The Golden Calf Event to The Levitical Priesthood, which would carry Israel to the Passion of The Christ.

Allow another equation to show the difference between these two priesthoods.

The Melchizedek Priesthood = Every living patriarch of any given family was high priest to that family or clan, as the law of liberty reigned. Freedom and trust was the key ingredient to character growth of any given family or tribe.

The Levitical Priesthood = All the families of Israel dwelt under one single High Priest, at a central location called The Temple or Tabernacle. A much more controllable government for people that needed controlling, being void of righteous character.

Thus Moses was forced to deal with these changes accordingly. Looking back, the writer of Hebrews has this to say on the subject setting the record straight in the reverse of what Moses had to do with His Deuteronomy entry into The Book Of The Covenant.

“Now if perfection had been attainable through the Levitical priesthood for under it the people received the (Levitical Priesthood) law, what further need would there have been for another priest to arise after the order of Melchizedek, rather than one named after the order of Aaron? For when there is a CHANGE IN THE PRIESTHOOD, there is necessarily a CHANGE IN THE LAW as well.” Hebrews 7:11–12

Thus the writer of Hebrews explains why there was a change back to Covenant Law out from under the bondage of the laws instituted via Levitical Priesthood Law. This becomes important to understand when reading through this third entry into The Book Of The Covenant by Moses recorded in Deuteronomy chapters 4 through 31, because Moses had to deal with this change of the Priesthood.

The first three chapters of Deuteronomy are Moses recounting the wars Israel fought throughout the 40 years of wandering with no evidence shown, any of these three chapters are entered into The Book Of The Covenant accordingly. Then beginning with the following words we find evidence, Moses begins this third entry we have identified:

“And now, O Israel, listen to the statutes and judgments that I am teaching you, and do them, that you may live, and go in and take possession of the land that YoHeWaH, the Mighty One of your fathers, is giving you. Deuteronomy 4:1

The exact same language defining Covenant Law from Exodus 20 through 23. What follows in the next 27 chapters are Moses thoughts and commentary on what had already been conveyed directly from YoHeWaH, via the first two entries….. Until we come to these words, already quoted in this work, bookending this third entry.

“When Moses had finished writing the words of this law in a book to the very end, Moses commanded the Levites who carried the ark of the covenant of YoHeWaH, “Take this Book of the Law (aka, Book Of The Covenant) and put it by the side of the ark of the covenant of YoHeWaH, Your Mighty One, that it may be there for a witness against you.” Deuteronomy 31:24–26

Very clearly, Moses had placed His stamp of understanding upon this book via these 27 chapters clarifying some of the opened ended questions Israel had raised in the 40 years of wandering, day by day, to which YoHeWaH ordained and approved of.

Soon after, Moses anointed Joshua to be his successor, commissioning him to lead Israel into the temporary Promised Land given to Abraham’s descendants. As noted before, this Promised Land was not the fulfillment of the Promised Land spelled out in Deuteronomy chapter 8 but was to be a place of resting for the people of Israel until they would one day be on the move again for centuries, coming to the true intended Promised Land of America, where they would be planted and move no more.

Joshua and the children of Israel did indeed cross over The Jordan River and through many battles, fighting many wars, take the land by force and much blood shed. At the end of Joshua’s days, YoHeWaH moved Joshua to include two more chapters into The Book Of The Law (aka Book Of The Covenant)…. Repeating the theme of taking courage to dwell in faith that YoHeWaH would fully take care of all Israel, IF all Israel would adhere to the words of the said Covenant.

“A long time afterward, when YoHeWaH had given rest to Israel from all their surrounding enemies, and Joshua was old and well advanced in years, Joshua summoned all Israel, its elders and heads, its judges and officers, and said to them,” Joshua 23:1–2

What follows is the above mentioned theme of trust and obey. Words like this:

“Therefore, be very strong to keep and to do all that is written in the Book of the Law of Moses, turning aside from it neither to the right hand nor to the left,” Joshua 23:6

And

“And Joshua wrote these words in the Book of the Law of The Almighty. And he took a large stone and set it up there under the terebinth that was by the sanctuary of YoHeWaH. And Joshua said to all the people, “Behold, this stone shall be a witness against us, for it has heard all the words of YoHeWaH that he spoke to us. Therefore it shall be a witness against you, lest you deal falsely with your Mighty One.” So Joshua sent the people away, every man to his inheritance.” Joshua 24:26–28

Thus, as far as we can tell, these are all the words written within The Book Of The Covenant, also called The Book Of The Law…. But, you, the reader, might say, how do we know these are the same books? It is a valid question and we have a valid answer for you to consider.

The scripture doesn’t reveal how or why but during the days of King Josiah, The Book Of The Law was hidden, tucked away within the walls of the temple King Solomon had built. Many years had gone by and there was a need for the physicality of the Temple to be renovated, as we pick up the story….

And Hilkiah the high priest said to Shaphan the secretary, “I have found the BOOK OF THE LAW in the house of YoHeWaH.” And Hilkiah gave the book to Shaphan, and he read it. And Shaphan the secretary came to the king, and reported to the king, “Your servants have emptied out the money that was found in the house and have delivered it into the hand of the workmen who have the oversight of the house of YoHeWaH.” Then Shaphan the secretary told the king, “Hilkiah the priest has given me a book.” And Shaphan read it before the king. 2Kings 22:8–10

Notice what this book is called…. The Book Of The Law. The story continues…

“When the king heard the words of the Book of the Law, he tore his clothes. And the king commanded Hilkiah the priest, and Ahikam the son of Shaphan, and Achbor the son of Micaiah, and Shaphan the secretary, and Asaiah the king’s servant, saying, “Go, inquire of YoHeWaH for me, and for the people, and for all Judah, concerning the words of this book that has been found. For great is the wrath of YoHeWaH that is kindled against us, because our fathers have not obeyed the words of this book, to do according to all that is written concerning us.” 2Kings 22:11–13

King Josiah, a rare righteous King in Judah, knew instantly, his nation was in trouble because of the words of this book. If only we had a leader in this nation (America) today that would recognize such things on our behalf.

“So Hilkiah the priest, and Ahikam, and Achbor, and Shaphan, and Asaiah went to Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Shallum the son of Tikvah, son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe (now she lived in Jerusalem in the Second Quarter), and they talked with her. And she said to them, “Thus says YoHeWaH, the Mighty One of Israel: ‘Tell the man who sent you to me, Thus says YoHeWaH, Behold, I will bring disaster upon this place and upon its inhabitants, all the words of the book that the king of Judah has read. Because they have forsaken me and have made offerings to other gods, that they might provoke me to anger with all the work of their hands, therefore my wrath will be kindled against this place, and it will not be quenched. But to the king of Judah, who sent you to inquire of YoHeWaH, thus shall you say to him, Thus says YoHeWaH, the Mighty One of Israel: Regarding the words that you have heard, because your heart was penitent, and you humbled yourself before YoHeWaH, when you heard how I spoke against this place and against its inhabitants, that they should become a desolation and a curse, and you have torn your clothes and wept before me, I also have heard you, declares YoHeWaH. Therefore, behold, I will gather you to your fathers, and you shall be gathered to your grave in peace, and your eyes shall not see all the disaster that I will bring upon this place.’” And they brought back word to the king.” 2Kings 22:14–20

YoHeWaH’s mercy for anyone who will repent is everlasting showing truly, even to the very last moment, YoHeWaH has His hands stretched out still, hoping we will repent and turn back to him.

The story continues into chapter 23 when we read this….

“Then the king sent, and all the elders of Judah and Jerusalem were gathered to him. And the king went up to the house of YoHeWaH, and with him all the men of Judah and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem and the priests and the prophets, all the people, both small and great. And he read in their hearing all the words of the BOOK OF THE COVENANT that had been found in the house of YoHeWaH. And the king stood by the pillar and made a covenant before YoHeWaH, to walk after YoHeWaH and to keep his commandments and his testimonies and his statutes with all his heart and all his soul, to perform the words of this covenant that were written in this book. And all the people joined in the covenant.” 2Kings 23:1–3

Notice this same book, called The Book Of The Law in chapter 22 of 2Kings, is now called The Book Of The Covenant in chapter 23. Conclusion…. The Book Of The Covenant is also called The Book Of The Law in scripture.
