YoHeWaH Introduces Himself

Chapter One of The Book of the Covenant, A Witness Against America

I Am YoHeWaH!

“And The Almighty spoke all these words, saying, “I am YoHeWaH, Your Mighty One, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.” Exodus 20:1–2

It could be argued, one of the main concepts of The Bible is the extent to which YoHeWaH has gone, for the express purpose of making known just exactly who He is to His people. This expression is witnessed in just a casual reading of The Book of Ezekiel, in which YoHeWaH makes the following proclamation no less than 70 times….

“…….and then you shall know that I am YoHeWaH.”

In every one of those 70+ uses of this statement, it comes after or during some sort of punishment levied upon His people for not knowing Him when they should have not only known Him, but should have been obedient His law of Covenant. Notice the following three (Leviticus 26 like) examples of the “in your face’ curses brought to the nation of Israel, at the end of days, from the end time Prophet Ezekiel. Commentary added in parenthesis.

“The word of YoHeWaH came to me: “Son of man, set your face toward the mountains (Governments, Federal, State and Local) of Israel, and prophesy against them, and say, you mountains (Governments) of Israel, hear the word of The Eternal! Thus, says YoHeWaH to the mountains and the hills, to the ravines and the valleys: Behold, I, even I, will bring a sword upon you, and I will destroy your high places (Churches). Your altars (places of government) shall become desolate, and your incense altars shall be broken, and I will cast down your slain before your idols. And I will lay the dead bodies of the people of Israel before their idols, and I will scatter your bones around your altars. Wherever you dwell, the cities shall be waste, and the high places ruined, so that your altars will be waste and ruined, your idols broken and destroyed, your incense altars cut down, and your works wiped out. And the slain shall fall in your midst, and THEN YOU WILL KNOW I AM YoHeWaH.” Ezekiel 6:1–7

And

“The word of YoHeWaH came to me: “And you, O son of man, thus says The Eternal to the land of Israel: An end! The end has come upon the four corners of the land. Now the end is upon you, and I will send my anger upon you; I will judge you according to your ways, and I will punish you for all your abominations. And my eye will not spare you, nor will I have pity, but I will punish you for your ways, while your abominations are in your midst. THEN YOU WILL KNOW I AM YoHeWaH.” Ezekiel 7:1–4

And

“And the word of YoHeWaH came to me: “Son of man, eat your bread with quaking, and drink water with trembling and with anxiety. And say to the people of the land, thus says The Eternal concerning the inhabitants of Jerusalem in the land of Israel: They shall eat their bread with anxiety, and drink water in dismay. In this way her land will be stripped of all it contains, on account of the violence of all those who dwell in it. And the inhabited cities shall be laid waste, and the land shall become a desolation; THEN YOU WILL KNOW I AM YoHeWaH.” Ezekiel 12:17–20

This theme of punishment for sin, and then acknowledgement of Our Creator is very prevalent throughout scripture. So, the question is, why is this the case? Why must there be such punishment for YoHeWaH to be made manifest before His People? Is it fair? Has YoHeWaH tried to bring about a true relationship between Himself and the nation of Israel, along with those who would join her house / government?

A careful study of scripture will indeed reveal there is a seemingly unamendable rift between the two parties. YoHeWaH’s People very clearly do not seem to want anything to do with their true Creator, nor His Covenant. Once more there is a very real Enemy at work within this division, and this Enemy is a necessary evil availing the testing and growth of man.

Either way, I hope you can see why YoHeWaH opened “The Book of The Covenant” with the words, “I am YoHeWaH”, as He introduces Himself as their Creator and Savior.

Fact is, YoHeWaH has made this introduction to all of His People to whom He has dealt with throughout The Bible.

Moses dealt with such an introduction at the Burning Bush.

And he said, “I am the Mighty One of your fathers, the Mighty One of Abraham, the Mighty One of Isaac, and the Mighty One of Jacob.” And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look at The Almighty…… Then Moses said to The Almighty, “If I come to the people of Israel and say to them, ‘The Mighty One of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ what shall I say to them?” The Almighty said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And he said, “Say this to the people of Israel: ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” The Almighty also said to Moses, “Say this to the people of Israel: ‘YoHeWaH, the Mighty One of your fathers, the Mighty One of Abraham, the Mighty One of Isaac, and the Mighty One of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is my name (YoHeWaH) forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations. Exodus 3:6, 13–15

There is a ton of information taken from this text. We will address much of this in a later chapter entitled, “The Reputation of YoHeWaH”, but for now, please note YoHeWaH does reintroduce Himself and His desire is that all generations forward in time remember who He is. YoHeWaH goes to extreme efforts to cause this to be a priority in His people’s mind, but as history and scripture shows, those efforts have all but failed, at the fault of self-centered man.

That said, the days are coming when YoHeWaH’s efforts will pay off. That future is foretold when all men will know YoHeWaH. There will be no introduction needed. Notice this text and why this coming fact exists.

“For this is the COVENANT that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares YoHeWaH: I will put my (covenant) law within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people. And no longer shall each one teaches his neighbor and each his brother, saying, ‘Know YoHeWaH,’ for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares YoHeWaH. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.” Jeremiah 31:33–34

So that is the initial objective of The Almighty YoHeWaH and the commission of all those who call upon His mighty Name, believing in His word. It literally is the fulfillment of the gospel or good news of The Coming Kingdom/Government of YoHeWaH. However, between this point, where we are now as a society and the place where all flesh will know Him in that way, there is, as we have already witnessed from Ezekiel, a very difficult time of trouble coming and in fact is already here, staring us in the face.

Plainly put, People today, especially so-called Believers, simply do not know their God. They do not know Yeshua The Christ. They certainly do not know YoHeWaH, The Father, nor do they know any of His ways, which lead to happiness and peace. In short, The People of YoHeWaH do not know Covenant Law. YoHeWaH and Covenant Law are one and the same. The key word is “know”.

Again, I will quote the apostle John’s words, quoted already from the introduction.

“And by this we know that we have come to know him (Yeshua) if we keep his commandments. Whoever says, “I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him.” 1John 2:3–4

Nothing could be clearer. Christians today totally reject Covenant Law and they do so openly without a thought in the world of its true relevance to their own salvation and the salvation of the nation they dwell in. Christians have this mindset for a good reason.

The Enemy, we spoke of earlier, has worked a finely designed web of deception within the theology of man down through time, to be manifest today in not only the church itself, but also in our secular society, our government and in our educational system. The goal was and is to make void the reputation of YoHeWaH and His Covenant Law.

So, it is with good reason, YoHeWaH must re-introduce Himself. This time via judgment, as Ezekiel and other Prophets state repeatedly, prophesying of the end time, we now live in, today.

Deceived Christians would never admit it but all of Christendom serve a God of their own imagination. One that has no semblance of The Mighty One of Creation or The One who came in the flesh, lived as an example and died as a atoning sacrifice for all mankind on the torture stake.

Yeshua, The Christ was sent here to make known The One we know today as The Father, YoHeWaH, previously unknown to the nation of Israel beforehand. While there are glimpses of a Father Figure in the Old Testament, For the most part, the people of Ancient Israel were a monotheistic bunch, ignorant of The Family of YoHeWaH, the full nature Our Creators….. Plural.

This One, The Christ, was to walk in Covenant fulfilling The Law as an example, showing not only the detail of Covenant Law, but also showing that Covenant Law can be kept in the flesh. It is not hard. It is not impossible. Notice the following text, totally misunderstood by so called true Believers. As always, commentary within the text in parenthesis.

“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill (magnify) them. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law (Covenant Law) until all is accomplished. Therefore, whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees (Levitical Priesthood Law), you will never enter the kingdom of heaven (The coming government here on this earth). Matthew 5:17–20

If you are reading this book, you have a desire to know YoHeWaH, Your Creator and Sustainer. If that is the case, then you must grasp this concept.

YoHeWaH is known by His Word. His word was made manifest in the flesh for the express purpose of revealing His Father, The Architect of Truth, just as John writes:

In the beginning was the Word (Yeshua), and the Word (Yeshua) was with YoHeWaH (The Father), and the Word (Yeshua) was YoHeWaH (The Family name). He (Yeshua) was in the beginning with YoHeWaH (The Father). All things were made through him (Yeshua), and without him (Yeshua) was not anything made that was made. John 1:1–2

And

And the Word (Yeshua) became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14

This Yeshua, The Christ, was made manifest first via The Word and then by way of The Flesh. The work of this book on the subject of “The Book of The Covenant” is an attempt to show, “The Book of The Covenant” itself is the written form of that very Word that became flesh. Simply put, “The Book of The Covenant” is Christ. Or said another way…. The Covenant Law is literally the very testimony of YoHeWaH in the flesh. The two are one and the same, inseparable and yet Christianity has succeeded in dividing the two in the minds of millions of so-called Believers.

The point being, if you are going to fulfill the words of John in his first epistle concerning whether or not you actually know Our Savior, which is to actually know YoHeWaH, you must first come to know the words written in “The Book Of The Covenant”.

So, after the brief introduction of Our Creator, let us delve into what He is all about. Who is this Great Being we serve? His first command reveals a ton of information for us to critically think about.

“I am YoHeWaH, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. You Shall Have No Other Gods Before Me.” Exodus 20:2–3

Thinking critically about those words, our conclusion is, YoHeWaH commands loyalty.

Loyalty will become a running theme throughout this work, as we discuss various aspects of Covenant Law. Fact is, proven loyalty to YoHeWaH and His ways is the testing ground of perfection. Do not be deceived by your Christian theology entrenched by countless sermons you might have heard along the lines of:

“Jesus did it all for you and no one can actually keep God’s law.”

Lies…. All lies from the pit of hell. The very antithesis of The Word of YoHeWaH.

Believers can obtain perfection, and once more it is obtained via loyalty to YoHeWaH and His Word. Notice the following words of Yeshua in the sermon on the mount. Words that are usually just read over without critical thought at all.

“You therefore must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.” Matthew 5:48

A statement totally outside the scope of Christianity, for in their minds, perfection only comes through the acceptance of Yeshua’s shed blood, for He has done it all for you. There is nothing at all you must do to prove your worthiness or any level of character you must obtain before the reward of salvation is given.

Let us be clear here, as we will now make a very shocking statement and one that sums up, the command to have no other gods before the One True God. Get the stones ready. Are you set? Here you go.

Each Believer earns his or her salvation!

Remember the opening lines of the introduction of this work. “in reading this work you will no doubt be angered to no end.” I can hear the shouts now from long standing Christians who have been told the exact opposite…… “Blasphemy, you can’t say that. Salvation cannot be earned.Well, stay with us because the evidence will show otherwise.

Allow us to deviate slightly for a teachable moment.

The Christian belief, a Believer does not earn his or her salvation hails from the following text.

“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” Ephesians 2:8–9

I do hope you read and even studied, in depth, the introduction to this work. If so, you already have a working knowledge of faith defined as obedience to Covenant Law. If not, please go back and study that very important fact.

Also, please know, there are levels to one’s faith. A newly converted Believer will most certainly have a very shallow pool of faith, while a longstanding Believer, who has demonstrated years of Covenant Law observance in his or her lifetime will have a much deeper level of faith.

We will address these levels of faith in a later chapter, explaining directly from scripture how to obtain such faith, but for now, please know, Paul, here in this text in Ephesians, is speaking of a very shallow, beginning level of faith working within the newly converted person.

So, let us define two other words in this text, which are totally misunderstood by all of Christendom, “Grace” and “Saved”.

You have heard it said, “grace” is defined as unmerited pardon for sin. Nothing could be further from the truth. Take the time to look it up in any Strong’s Concordance. The word literally means “favor”. Via its uses within scripture, it can be defined as favor for obedience, or reward. Certainly not any kind of reward for sin. Consider the following text.

“But Noah found grace in the eyes of YoHeWaH. These are the generations of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, blameless in his generation. Noah walked with God.” Genesis 6:8–9

Noah, being blameless found grace or favor in the eyes of YoHeWaH. Why? Because He sinned a lot and needed unmerited pardon for those sins? No, because He was blameless, sinless in his genealogy, of a pure race.

Thus, Noah and his family were rewarded with favor or grace for his obedience.

Grace should be defined as Favor for obedience and in the case of Paul’s use in Ephesians 2:8, that obedience would be the initial turn or repentance, beginning a walk in Covenant Law, just as Romans 10:8–9 tells us, confessing the fact, Covenant Law will be our lamp to the path we will now walk. This initial turn is an act of virtue, to which YoHeWaH rewards Grace with. In other words, it is something you do to receive such a reward or favor…. Grace.

Now, some will say, what is described above is works and the text says, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”

Again, thinking critically concerning the time setting of a person’s walk. Paul is speaking of the infancy stage of a person’s conversion. There are no works able to be manifest at that point of a person’s life to boast about. Thus, it becomes a moot point. James, However, is speaking of a person of well-seasoned faith, where works are the evidence of faith itself.

So, what is being rewarded, worthy of The Grace or favor of YoHeWaH? It is the person’s mindful decision to make the turn of repentance from the ways of the world to begin walking against the wind of secular society, which is the action, YoHeWaH rewards with grace. There is nothing in this that can be defined as works. Such works come way down the road, oftentimes many years after taking the very first steps turning back to YoHeWaH.

Now let us define the word, “saved”. The word literally means “to be healed”, as in a sick person healed from an infirmity. It simply does not mean salvation, which is defined as eternal life. This too is a great misgiving from Christendom, as most all of Christianity equate being saved with some form of salvation. Christians not believing in the “once saved, always saved” theory, never go into detail to define each word and the difference between the two, nor what the path is between one and the other.

If a sick person goes to a doctor because he or she is afflicted with an illness and once more, does not even know why they are sick. Then the doctor prescribes procedures that will make that person well, identifying why they became sick in the first place, educating them not to go down that road again. This will fit the physical analogy of the spiritual meaning of being saved.

In short, being saved is the beginning of a person’s walk in Covenant. This walk has been described as a race we all run. The beginning or starting line of the race is to be saved or healed. Obtaining salvation / eternal life is the finish line of that race. The two are not equal in any way shape or form. Again, using an equation for clarity.

Being Saved = The Starting Line of a Person’s race run or walk with YoHeWaH.

The Race Itself = Building Character Toward Perfected Loyalty.

Perfected Loyalty = Covenant Law + YoHeWaH’s Spirit + Mercy for Failure + Time

Salvation = The Finish Line, Eternal Life.

Question…. What happens if you remove Covenant Law from this equation?

The Believer begins his or her walk with YoHeWaH, through the atoning sacrifice of YoHeWaH in the flesh, but then becomes stagnant in such a walk never building the kind of set apart, righteous character needed to enter into life. Loyalty is never truly tested. YoHeWaH’s Spirit, which literally sticks around when Covenant Law is efforted, leaves such a person and salvation is dead in the water.

We are tempted to say, Case closed. Christendom is condemned, but there is so much more.

So now, with this in mind let us examine the text for what it does not say:

“For by unmerited pardon for sin, you have obtained salvation through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”

It is the goal of YoHeWaH to resolve sin via the worthiness of character working in a person’s repentant life. It is not the goal of YoHeWaH to reward sin with eternal life.

Christianity believes that it is.

The God of Christianity, which is a figment of their own imagination, is like unto a bad parent, spoiling his children with all kinds of cookies and candy at every meal. When in reality, the true God of scripture, desires to feed you with a healthy, nutritious diet of Covenant Law when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up, with the occasional dessert (blessing) afterwards.

So, Perfection is proven by a faith-filled obedience to Covenant Law over time.

Thus, the test as to whether you have any other God’s before the One True Mighty One, YoHeWaH, is obedience to Covenant Law. I hope you can see how just a simple twist of a right understanding of a single passage, like that of Ephesians 2:8–9 can derail truth to no end, causing a brand-new God for people to come to know, breaking the very first commandment in Covenant.

It must be noted, YoHeWaH is a jealous God. Moses writes:

“Take care, lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land to which you go, lest it become a snare in your midst. You shall tear down their altars (False Churches) and break their pillars (Steeples and Obelisk’) and cut down their Asherim (The original Christmas tree worship), for you shall worship no other god, for YoHeWaH, whose name (Reputation) is Jealous, is a jealous Mighty One, lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and when they whore after their gods and sacrifice to their gods and you are invited, you eat of his sacrifice, and you take of their daughters for your sons, and their daughters whore after their gods and make your sons whore after their gods.” Exodus 34:12–16

Time for a teachable moment.

After receiving the original Covenant via the voice spoken by the Living YoHeWaH, then writing those same words in a literal book, called “The Book of The Covenant”, Moses then received these same words, a third time, all four chapters of Exodus 20 through 24, written by the very finger of YoHeWaH on two tablets of stone. These words were written on both sides of the tablets, front and back, four sides in total. See Exodus 32:15–16

When Moses returned from the mountain, he found Israel idolatrizing themselves via “The Golden Calf Event”, thus breaking the very covenant they had made with YoHeWaH just 40 days earlier. At the scene of this idolatry, Moses then broke the two tablets of stone which held the words of the Covenant. Next we find Moses going back to the mountain for an additional, second 40 days in fasting and prayer seeking YoHeWaH’s mercy, to which he did receive, but with a caveat. Covering Covenant Law was to be the institution of the Levitical Priesthood, which was a punishment for the sin of “The Golden Calf Event”. In a little known fact of events, scripture records, Moses went back to the mountain for a third 40 days as he received the second set of tablets.

Among the authorship of this work, there has been a disagreement concerning the detail of the words written on this second set of tablets described in Exodus 34 and Deuteronomy 10.

One camp believes as the mainstream does, the words YoHeWaH wrote on the second tablets were the original ten commandments just as the text is translated…

“So he was there with YoHeWaH forty days and forty nights. He neither ate bread nor drank water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.” Exodus 34:28

As a second witness to this camp there is this….

“At that time YoHeWaH said to me, ‘Cut for yourself two tablets of stone like the first, and come up to me on the mountain and make an ark of wood. And I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets that you broke, and you shall put them in the ark.’ So I made an ark of acacia wood, and cut two tablets of stone like the first, and went up the mountain with the two tablets in my hand. And he wrote on the tablets, in the same writing as before, THE TEN COMMANDMENTS that YoHeWaH had spoken to you on the mountain out of the midst of the fire on the day of the assembly. And YoHeWaH gave them to me. Then I turned and came down from the mountain and put the tablets in the ark that I had made. And there they are, as YoHeWaH commanded me.” Deuteronomy 10:1–5

Pretty solid evidence, it is truly the original words of the ten commandments written on the second tablets. However, consider the second camp’s thoughts.

The above quoted text from Deuteronomy 10 is Moses recounting the events of that faithful day, 40 years prior. The events of that actual day, recorded by the hand of Moses are laid out in real time in Exodus chapter 34. Let’s read this chapter with a little interesting commentary added, as always within parenthesis.

YoHeWaH said to Moses, “Cut for yourself two tablets of stone like the first, and I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke. Be ready by the morning, and come up in the morning to Mount Sinai, and present yourself there to me on the top of the mountain. No one shall come up with you, and let no one be seen throughout all the mountain. Let no flocks or herds graze opposite that mountain.” So Moses cut two tablets of stone like the first. And he rose early in the morning and went up on Mount Sinai, as YoHeWaH had commanded him, and took in his hand two tablets of stone. YoHeWaH descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of YoHeWaH. YoHeWaH passed before him and proclaimed, “YoHeWaH, YoHeWaH, a Mighty One merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness, keeping steadfast love for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, but who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children and the children’s children, to the third and the fourth generation.” And Moses quickly bowed his head toward the earth and worshiped. And he said, “If now I have found favor in your sight, O Sovereign One, please let The Master go in the midst of us, for it is a stiff-necked people, and pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for your inheritance.” Exodus 34:1–9

(Below, in verses 10 through 26 are the ten words, translated The Ten Commandments, according to the second camp of this authorship)

1 — “And He said, “Behold, I am making a covenant. Before all your people I will do marvels, such as have not been created in all the earth or in any nation. And all the people among whom you are shall see the work of YoHeWah, for it is an awesome thing that I will do with you. “Observe what I command you this day. Behold, I will drive out before you the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites.

2 — Take care, lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land to which you go, lest it become a snare in your midst. You shall tear down their altars and break their pillars and cut down their Asherim (for you shall worship no other god, for YoHeWaH, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God), lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and when they whore after their gods and sacrifice to their gods and you are invited, you eat of his sacrifice, and you take of their daughters for your sons, and their daughters whore after their gods and make your sons whore after their gods.

3 — “You shall not make for yourself any gods of cast metal.

4 — “You shall keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month Abib, for in the month Abib you came out from Egypt.

5 — All that open the womb are mine, all your male livestock, the firstborn of cow and sheep. The firstborn of a donkey you shall redeem with a lamb, or if you will not redeem it you shall break its neck. All the firstborn of your sons you shall redeem. And none shall appear before me empty-handed.

6 — “Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest. In plowing time and in harvest you shall rest.

7 — You shall observe the Feast of Weeks, the firstfruits of wheat harvest, and the Feast of Ingathering at the year’s end.

8 — Three times in the year shall all your males appear before YoHeWaH Your Mighty One of Israel. For I will cast out nations before you and enlarge your borders; no one shall covet your land, when you go up to appear before YoHeWaH Your Mighty One three times in the year.

9 — “You shall not offer the blood of my sacrifice with anything leavened, or let the sacrifice of the Feast of the Passover remain until the morning. The best of the firstfruits of your ground you shall bring to the house of YoHeWaH Your Mighty One.

10 — You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.” Exodus 34:10–26

And YoHeWaH said to Moses, “WRITE THESE WORDS (which words?), for in accordance with these words (Again, which words?) I have made a covenant with you and with Israel.” So he was there with YoHeWaH forty days and forty nights. He neither ate bread nor drank water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments (Literally, ten of the words). Exodus 34:10–28

The second camp of this work’s authorship sees the above ten points (words) written on the second two tablets, and as stated before, the first camp sees only the ten commandments written on the second tablets. So what gives?

Well, at the end of the day, until we are able to ask YoHeWaH Himself, we will probably never know, and it is left up to the reader to decide which camp has it right…… Or is it possible both camps are correct? Is it possible, both the ten commandments and the added words from Exodus 34 make up the contents of the second tablets? Something to ponder as we move forward with the main point of this opening chapter of this work….. YoHeWaH’s jealous demand of loyalty from the people who call upon His Mighty Name.

Included in the words of the 17 verses of Exodus 34:10–26, is the passage we quoted above, letting Israel know YoHeWaH is a Jealous Mighty One and the overwhelming fact, He hates Idolatry and false worship.

So, it must further be noted, these 17 verses (Exodus 34:10–26) deal with all the things Israel did wrong at “The Golden Calf Event”. Idolatry, Improper Sabbath and Festival Observance, and Improper Offerings. All of which point to having another God before YoHeWaH, drawing to the surface the jealousy of YoHeWaH. It must also be noted, the above list of things Israel did wrong at “The Golden Calf Event” are all the things Christendom is doing wrong today, all in the name of Our Savior. Thus Covenant Law is once again a witness against them accordingly.

This point would be driven home again, in the third entry into “The Book Of The Covenant” 40 years later, after that entire generation, save two souls, died in the wilderness wandering. At that time, a brand new generation arose to be challenged to look to The Perfect Law of Liberty (Covenant Law), as James puts it in His Epistle.

“But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.” James 1:25

This same underlining theme of jealous loyalty is present within chapter 23 of Exodus, one of the four chapters of the first entry into The Book of The Covenant…. Of which we will be breaking down later on within this work. The reader is encouraged to compare the 17 verses quoted above (Exodus 34:10–26) with the content of Exodus 23. A double witness to the subject of this chapter, “YoHeWaH, Introduces Himself”.

Moses writes a sister passage to Exodus 34:12–16 concerning the jealousy of YoHeWaH to this new generation of Israel by quoting YoHeWaH saying this:

“These are the statutes and rules (Covenant Law) that you shall be careful to do in the land that YoHeWaH, the Mighty One of your fathers, has given you to possess, all the days that you live on the earth. You shall surely destroy all the places where the nations whom you shall dispossess served their gods, on the high mountains and on the hills and under every green tree (A direct reference to the ancient form of modern-day Christmas). You shall tear down their altars (False Churches) and dash in pieces their pillars (Steeples and Obelisk’) burn their Asherim with fire. You shall chop down the carved images of their gods and destroy their name out of that place. YOU SHALL NOT WORSHIP YoHeWaH, Your Mighty One in this way. Deuteronomy 12:1–4

The words, “You shall not worship YoHeWaH, Your Mighty One in this way.” is a direct condemnation of Christianity. What is it that entire Christian world does each December 25th of any given year? Do they not worship the very son of YoHeWaH in this way, by cutting down a tree from the Asherah Groves, and doing exactly what YoHeWaH commands Israel to never do? Notice another admonishment from YoHeWaH through another of His end time Prophets concerning this “thumb to the nose” practice.

“Hear the word that YoHeWaH speaks to you, O house of Israel. Thus, says YoHeWaH: “Learn not the way of the nations, nor be dismayed at the signs of the heavens because the nations are dismayed at them, for the customs of the peoples are vanity. A tree from the forest is cut down and worked with an axe by the hands of a craftsman. They decorate it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails so that it cannot move. Their idols are like scarecrows in a cucumber field, and they cannot speak; they must be carried, for they cannot walk. Do not fear them (above the fear for YoHeWaH), for they cannot do evil, neither is it in them to do good.” Jeremiah 10:1–5

This ancient practice of tree worship dates to the time of Nimrod, Noah’s Grandson who along with His Uncle Cush established the sexual based holiday pointing to the sun’s return at the winter solstice, known in the pagan world as The Saturnalia.

Time for another teachable moment.

For everything YoHeWaH has that is right and true, The Enemy has a counterfeit of that righteousness. A counterfeit must be close enough to be passed off as the real thing. In the example given above from Deuteronomy 12:1–4 and Jeremiah 10:1–5, the counterfeit is the observance of what we know today as Christmas, a festival celebrating nature as god, veiled in the deception of a Christian belief system……. And the right and true subject matter of these two texts, of which Christmas is a counterfeit to, is YoHeWaH’s Feast of Tabernacles.

Notice some of the rest of Deuteronomy chapter 12. Moses goes on to make this very case of what is right and true, as opposed to not only what the Nations around Israel was doing, but also what Israel themselves were found guilty of doing 40 years earlier via the Golden Calf Event.

“You shall not worship YoHeWaH in that way. But you shall seek the place that YoHeWaH will choose out of all your tribes to put his name and make his habitation there. There you shall go, and there you shall bring your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, your tithes and the contribution that you present, your vow offerings, your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock. And there you shall eat before YoHeWaH, and you shall rejoice, you and your households, in all that you undertake, in which YoHeWaH has blessed you.” Deuteronomy 12:4–7

And

“…. then to the place that YoHeWaH will choose, to make his name dwell there, there you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, your tithes and the contribution that you present, and all your finest vow offerings that you vow to YoHeWaH. And you shall rejoice before YoHeWaH, you and your sons and your daughters, your male servants and your female servants, and the Levite that is within your towns, since he has no portion or inheritance with you.” Deuteronomy 12:11–13

These are direct commands on how to keep and observe The Feast of Tabernacles in the rest of Covenant Law, used in the antithesis of the ancient celebration we now know as Christmas. Thus, said in a math equation. This text could be boiled down to this very simple equation.

Christmas = A Condemned Pagan Observance which is anti-YoHeWaH

The Feast of Tabernacles = The right and true and proper way to worship YoHeWaH.

Christmas is a counterfeit to The Feast of Tabernacles and should be condemned by any true Believer of The Most High and His son, Yeshua, the Christ.

Again, we are tempted to say Case closed. Christianity condemned, but there is more…. Much more.

I encourage the reader to stop and read through Deuteronomy chapter 12. Study this chapter considering the other clear commands in Covenant Law which explain how to observe YoHeWaH’s Feast days, especially The Feast of Tabernacles. Then ask yourself this critical question. “Is verses 5 through 28 speaking of the Feast of Tabernacles or not. If, in your understanding of these verses, it is, then you must deal with just how damning it is for you as a Believer to observe the obvious ancient celebration of Christmas. Carefully notice YoHeWaH’s words closing Deuteronomy chapter 12.

“When YoHeWaH your God cuts off before you the nations whom you go in to dispossess, and you dispossess them and dwell in their land (like what occurred in America in the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries), take care that you be not ensnared to follow them, after they have been destroyed before you, and that you do not inquire about their gods, saying, ‘How did these nations serve their gods? — that I also may do the same.’ You shall not worship YoHeWaH your God in that way, for every abominable thing that YoHeWaH hates they have done for their gods, for they even burn their sons and their daughters in the fire to their gods. Everything that I command you, you shall be careful to do. You shall not add to it or take from it. Deuteronomy 12:28–32

Every bit of this text points to YoHeWaH’s jealousy toward His Covenant People, as the very first command within Covenant Law is exemplified to the full.

YoHeWaH’s word against the idolatry of Christianity is not subjected to just His words to ancient Israel in the wilderness. Oh no, not at all. There is much more.

Within the end time context of all of YoHeWaH’s end time Prophets, Isaiah through Malachi, The Eternal alludes to this first commandment being broken by those who think they call upon the mighty name of their God, calling themselves Christian. We need to go through some of these to make the point but detailing them all with proper commentary would fill up the entire work we are undertaking, and we would not have gotten past the first chapter. The point being, the story of the end time judgment against YoHeWaH’s people, as told in the words of the Major and Minor Prophets of The Old Testament, are based upon the fact His People have other gods before Him. Gods of their own imagination.

So, let us look at a few of the literally hundreds of times YoHeWaH makes this point clear from some of His End Time Prophets.

Let us first hear from Zephaniah. We will add some commentary within the text we placed in parentheses for clarity. Some of the commentary may be premature, needing explanation to which we will get to later in this work but for now just know, the comments are for clarity of the main point of the text, not for the detail thereof.

“The word of YoHeWaH that came to Zephaniah… “I will utterly sweep away (gather up into captivity to teach change) everything from the face of the earth,” declares YoHeWaH. “I will sweep away (gather up into captivity to teach change) man and beast. I will sweep away (gather up into captivity to teach change) the birds of heaven and the fish of the sea, and the rubble with the wicked. I will cut off mankind from the face of the earth,” declares YoHeWaH. “I will stretch out my hand against Judah and against all the inhabitants of Jerusalem (America); and I will cut off from this place the remnant of Baal (The Sun God of Sunday) and the name of the idolatrous priests along with the priests, those who bow down on the roofs to the host of the heavens, those who bow down and swear to YoHeWaH and yet swear by Milcom (Molech, aka Saturn, The God of Saturday) , those who have turned back from following YoHeWaH (Covenant Law), who do not seek YoHeWaH nor inquire of him.” Zephaniah 1:1–6

Within Christian America, there are two days of worship to which Believers in The Most High and His Son are seen attending church. Those days are Saturday and Sunday. The debate between these two days has been never ending. The intention of this work is not to decide between these two stances but rather to point out, there is literally a god appointed to each day of worship, which is not YoHeWaH. If this understanding falls strangely upon your ears, of a God being attached to the set day of worship, please know this is one of the true mysteries of scripture. Note this text from Moses’ writings explaining this concept.

And YoHeWaH said to Moses, “You are to speak to the people of Israel and say, ‘Above all, you shall keep my Sabbaths (Plural, denoting both the weekly Sabbath and the annual Sabbaths), for this is a sign between me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I Am, YoHeWaH, who sanctifies (sets apart) you. You shall keep the Sabbath, because it is holy (Set Apart) for you. Everyone who profanes it shall be put to death. Whoever does any work on it, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, holy (Set Apart) to YoHeWaH. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day shall be put to death. Therefore, the people of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, observing the Sabbath throughout their generations, as a covenant forever. It is a sign forever between me and the people of Israel that in six days YoHeWaH made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested and was refreshed.’” Exodus 31:12–17

There is a lot to unpack in this text. Some of which we will address in later chapters especially when we get to the 4th commandment chapter, however, the point here is this:

The words, “that you may know that I Am, YoHeWaH,” denotes, it is the Sabbaths that YoHeWaH is identified to His people by. It is the observance of the weekly and annual Sabbaths that causes YoHeWaH’s people to know Him and who He actually is, Further making the point of the topic of this chapter, “YoHeWaH Introduces Himself”. Again, if we write this concept as a math equation it would look something like this:

The God worshiped = The day of worship.

Anciently, each god held a specific day of worship. YoHeWaH makes the case; He is no exception. Fact is, this concept was originated by YoHeWaH, stolen by the false religions of the ancient day, not the other way around.

So, plug in this concept into the text from Zephaniah 1:5–6, we can clearly see the false gods listed Baal and Molech are examples of false days of worship to which denotes spiritual adultery via false worship. It is the reason YoHeWaH places His people in a form of captivity at the end of days. Once again, at the fault of the people of YoHeWaH, not knowing their God, YoHeWaH renders judgment for the express purpose of getting His people’s attention as to who He is.

Zephaniah chapter 1 continues with such judgment. It is just a few snippets from the rest of Zephaniah 1 concerning what we can look forward to as a nation that should have known YoHeWaH.

“Be silent before YoHeWaH! For the day of YoHeWaH is near; YoHeWaH has prepared a sacrifice and consecrated his guests. And on the day of YoHeWaH’s sacrifice — “I will punish the officials and the king’s sons and all who array themselves in foreign attire. On that day I will punish everyone who leaps over the threshold (a reference to a tradition of worship of Dagon, the fish god, which is the origin of the Christian fish symbol brought forward by The Roman Catholic Church), and those who fill their master’s house with violence and fraud. “On that day,” declares YoHeWaH, “a cry will be heard from the Fish Gate, a wail from the Second Quarter, a loud crash from the hills. Wail, O inhabitants of the Mortar! For all the traders are no more; all who weigh out silver are cut off. At that time, I will search Jerusalem (America) with lamps, and I will punish the men who are complacent, those who say in their hearts, ‘YoHeWaH will not do good, nor will he do ill.’ Their goods shall be plundered, and their houses laid waste. Though they build houses, they shall not inhabit them; though they plant vineyards, they shall not drink wine from them.” The great day of YoHeWaH is near, near and hastening fast; the sound of the day of YoHeWaH is bitter; the mighty man cries aloud there. A day of wrath is that day, a day of distress and anguish, a day of ruin and devastation, a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness, a day of trumpet blast and battle cry against the fortified cities and against the lofty battlements. I will bring distress on mankind, so that they shall walk like the blind, because they have sinned against YoHeWaH (breaking and in fact abolishing YoHeWaH’s Covenant Law); their blood shall be poured out like dust, and their flesh like dung. Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them on the day of the wrath of YoHeWaH. In the fire of his jealousy, all the earth shall be consumed; for a full and sudden end he will make all the inhabitants of the earth. Zephaniah 1:7–18

What you have read above from just one chapter in the section of your Bible called The Major and Minor Prophets is a powerful microcosm of the theme YoHeWaH has placed in the Prophets. Did you catch the reference to the jealousy of YoHeWaH, “In the fire of his jealousy”, which relates directly back to YoHeWaH’s people forgetting who He is, via abolishing His Holy Covenant?

Again, this subject within the opening of Covenant Law, of YoHeWaH’s introduction to His people once again is a dear in the headlights moment. Believers are going to have to deal with what they have done, which is violence to YoHeWaH’s Law and thus to YoHeWaH directly. Key word in that thought is violence, so let us burn that point into your mind. Consider this text.

“And the word of YoHeWaH came to me: “Son of man, say to her (Believers, The Church), You are a land that is not cleansed or rained upon in the day of indignation. The conspiracy of her prophets (Preachers) in her midst is like a roaring lion tearing the prey; they have devoured human lives; they have taken treasure and precious things; they have made many widows in her midst. Her priests (Preachers and Ministers) have done violence to my (Covenant) law and have profaned my holy things. They have made no distinction between the holy and the common, neither have they taught the difference between the unclean and the clean, and they have disregarded my Sabbaths, so that I am profaned among them. Her princes in her midst are like wolves tearing the prey, shedding blood, destroying lives to get dishonest gain. And her prophets (Preachers) have smeared whitewash for them, seeing false visions and divining lies for them, saying, ‘Thus says YoHeWaH,’ when YoHeWaH has not spoken. The people of the land have practiced extortion and committed robbery. They have oppressed the poor and needy and have extorted from the sojourner without justice.” Ezekiel 22:23–29

A broken record could not say it better. Repeatedly, YoHeWaH pronounces judgment upon His people for some form of violence to Covenant Law. He is forced to punish His people with overwhelming wrath, unlike anything that has been witnessed in man’s six-thousand-year existence and in each and every case, the time setting is the end time, a period well known as The Day of YoHeWaH.

There can be no debate, the blame lies at the feet of the leadership of the end time people of YoHeWaH, clearly known as Christians. America is a Christian nation, the foundation of, when you come to know it, is the actual physical nation of Israel, thought to be lost down through time. However, as we shall see, a careful study of the subject from history and scripture will reveal, the people of YoHeWaH have never been lost to history, only lost to their own identity. YoHeWaH not only knew where they were, He left a trail, even a blind man could follow if he had a heart to do so, but we will get to all of that soon enough. Just know for now, when we use the term “People of YoHeWaH”, we are referring not only to Christians but also the actual physical nation of Israel, of which the nation of America was founded.

It is to these people, YoHeWaH will once again introduce Himself, eventually building and establishing His government to rule all nations properly via the very law Christianity has broken and abolished.

“Then they will know I am YoHeWaH……” A statement made by YoHeWaH 72 times in Ezekiel alone, as the beat of judgment goes on…….
